The Angus beef is excellent, though it comes medium unless you insist on medium-rare. The buns are soft, fresh, and toothsome. There is an over-reliance on dressings but they gladly serve the burgers without. Great choices of toppings, including my favorite combo of blue cheese and bacon. The fries are thick steak fries-style but cooked well and not mealy. The shakes are fantastic. They have ribs and a steak sandwich too but the burgers are clearly the stars. I hope to see thin-cut fries and a few more choices added to the menu, but if you are craving a high-end American-style burger then this is as good as I've found in Norway since first visiting in 1994.
