When I walked in the woman was on the couch playing games on her phone. She told me to hold on for a minute so she can finish. She told me she's been cutting hair for over 20 years yet she left lines in my fade and could not fix them, she instead blamed it on my hair. In the middle of my haircut she picked up her cell phone and argued with her husband for about five minutes then tried to bribe me to come back by writing a good Google review about her for a free haircut. Maybe I caught her on a bad day but the way this website advertises it's professionalism was NOT represented by this barber at all. I can see this is an alright place for mediocre simple haircuts but for anything more I would not recommend her. However the hot towels and neck shaves were a nice touch. read more

We just held a groomsman's prep appointment Friday and couldn't have been happier. They let us bring in lunch and beverages and gave the guys an awesome experience. Lisa managed to handle all the beard trimming, shaves, and cuts herself due to an unexpected emergency that her partner had. She was friendly, accommodating and professional. Everyone was done on time and came out looking great! I had been to the South Windsor Barber shop couple of months ago to get my beard fixed. I maintain a medium dense stubble that I usually tend to myself. However, I was attending a friends wedding and thought of getting it done from a professional. I was a bit disappointed because the beard line was not straight and I had to redo them when I got home. I thought this was pretty basic and should have been done right. Anyways, on the positive side the place is very clean and the barber a decent man. read more
