When I went back to tell them they shrunk all my clothes, they said they machine washed my clothes and denying the fact they shrunk my clothes, fortunately i was able to bring them same size, same clothes just a different color and confront them they REALLY shrunk my clothes. Even they admitted their mistake, they never apologized to me in any way. They kept telling me they will stretch my clothes back to normal. BUT after 2 more trips of i gave them a chance, they never restored my clothes, but wasted my time and not even willing to return my dry cleaning cost i had to pay them to ruin my clothes.
