Let's do a class action against oxford house. I already put in an intent to suit. They think they can keep on traumatizing clients I don't think so . I'll do the suit but I need people to come fourth. 970-312-0205

They had a lock box on the wall. When they ripped it out it left this hole!

With the help of Veterans…read moreAdministration, I had him removed and placed into a decent, caring facility 2 weeks later on July 28th. You've read the reviews on this place, now believe them! This place has no business caring for people! My husband and I were required to take a covid test when we arrived. We were both handed a box and told to read the instructions and take the test. The woman told us to go to the kiosk, register and take the test. Seeing so many people walking around and no dedicate area to take the test, I went back to the desk. We were told to stand in the entrance...yes, we were swabbing our nose as people were going in/out of the building. This was embarrassing as well as disgusting! We took my brothers clothes and other necessities on the 15th. As I entered the facility there were people loitering in the hallway. Staff were talking loud, joking and playing with each other. The smell of urine in this facility is horrendous! As my husband opened the closet to hang up my brother's clothing, a large bag fell out with someone's belongs. I checked the drawers and they too were full. Two days he was moved. We found his clothes in a plastic bag with whatever remains were on his food table. Hiss new underwear, socks, and deodorant were missing. VA transport picked up my brother for a doctor's appointment and when I met them at VA Hospital. I was told that my brother needed to be changed. Yes! They sent him out probably with the diaper he had on the night before! As we were talking to the doctor, he asked the doctor if someone could change him. The doctor looked at me, I was so embarrassed. The next day I found my brother in the bed with a sheet draped across him, and the door wide opened. He told me that she had been gone for a long time. I closed the door and stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back. My brother had a stroke, and could not feed himself. They were putting his tray on the table and removing it, if he doesn't eat. VA was paying them for full-skilled care which means someone should have been feeding him. My brother's room was extremely hot. I was told that the heat had to be left on because the man in the room with my brother had breathing problems and need the heat to breathe. WTH! It's 100 degrees outside! My brother was sweating badly. I contacted Veterans Administration and told them of the situation, and they immediately started arrangements to get him moved. Just 2 weeks after my brother entered this facility, I was finally getting him out! He is in a beautiful, loving facility that is taking good care of him. One other thing, don't let the manicured lawn with the flowers, videos or pictures fool you. The inside is a dump full of some uncaring humans. I say some, because I know there are some people working there who truly care. You have been warned!

They literally will let anyone in off the street as long as you have the money order for two weeks…read moreplus a deposit. And you will get just that. People with mental and personality disorders who don't take their meds, people who have nothing going on with their lives and are petty, jealous, gossips, bullies, people still using, etc. They form cliques and will target anyone they don't like and will go as far as to get you evicted, required to move out in 40 minutes. There is no corporate infrastructure and no one to contact who will contact you back. The rules are plentiful, ridiculous and no one follows them. You will get fined if the group doesn't like you. I'd give Oxford, Inc. zero stars if Yelp allowed it. As a former Oxford House resident (I left on my own accord), I was bullied, targeted, lied about and more all because I called out people's terrible behavior (gossiping, lying, breaking rules), and I stayed to myself and WORKED ON MYSELF. As a last resort, I emailed the CEO of Oxford, Kathleen Gibson, never heard back from her and told that I wouldn't because she doesn't have time to deal with house complaints. I got put on contract for writing her the email and fined $100 for 'disruptive behavior'. My private email to the CEO was read aloud at our house meeting and I was harassed. It was like a witch hunt. Our Outreach Coordinator was a lazy, rude, clueless lady who I suspect is racist. Did I mention, they let anyone in off the street who has two weeks rent and a $150 deposit. No criminal background check, they don't even ask for ID. The people at the houses I met, most of them are downright creepy. Houses are in decent neighborhoods and to be honest, I feel for the neighbors. I cannot believe I lasted almost a year. I'm still sober, doing well financially and back with my family, so things are great now, but leaving my Oxford House I was mentally and physically a wreck from all the unnecessary drama. I'm in recovery from my recovery house lol. I would never recommend anyone choose Oxford House. Go to a good rehab, or rent an apartment or a room and do outpatient, or IOP, and go to AA and NA meetings. You'd be way better off and way more safe.

The staff to resident ratio is alarming and something the state should look into. I was there for a couple of hours and honestly seen only one nurse(?)/attendant and one person cleaning. The wait to enter the facility is lengthy. No one answers the bell, the residents have to see you at the door and yell to someone that someone is at the door. It's a sad state of affairs the care or lack thereof rendered to our oldest and neediest population. This place is marginally better than some of the others that service this demographic but that's not saying much. This place is better than being on the street, I suppose.

The staff was very rude and even throw her hands up to indicate she couldn't help me find ice. My grandmother was here for a month and a half. She walked in happy and very independent. During her stay, she was verbally abused, neglected which caused her to fall and not checked on that lead to bed sores. We had to move her, she was in horrible pain one night. Due to her stage four cancer, she need to feel comfortable. However, she pressed the bell and the nurse came in, snatched the bell out of the wall, and told her to stop using it. When we stayed with her, they never came in. They just walked around in their face mask due to lack of cleaning of the facility. I only saw the other residents when their family were there visiting. Other than that, they stayed in bed and left alone all day. Pay attention to the signs: scheduled visits are not needed. Staff wear face mask. You don't see other residents out of their beds. They told us my grandmother was crazy and she did not fall. I wouldn't recommend this place for dog boarding!

I saw Dr Tsai today and hopefully will not ever have to see him again. I told him I was i excruciating pain after waiting 5 months to see a Physiatriast and also doing a ton of physical therapy which was a failure, he just printed out a list of vitamins to take for SEVERE NECK PAIN, told me to stop taking the only inflammation medicine that helps me when I am flared up, and told me to go back to physical therapy, after physical therapy told me they think I have nerve damage. VITAMINS FOR NERVE DAMAGE? Oh he also told me I am getting headaches from the medicine that helps me (which I was having these headaches before I even started this medicine) AND THEN he had the audacity to say "I believe you" and made comments about my pain possibly just being psychological. Please do not see this provider especially if you're waiting months to get an appointment. Go anywhere else. I told him when I had a different diet when I was in Europe most of my symptoms were better and he told me it was because on vacation people feel happier. I can not stand doctors who don't even try. I told him my quality of life is so low because of my pain and wanted to brainstorm options of what could be happening and he tells me to take vitamins. What an embarrassment. Im going to contest this even being charged by my insurance. I have endured severe physical injuries that were not resolved at the time or treated and now I'm being told it's all in my head? My physical therapist and neurologist and primary care have alleged this could be nerve pain and I wanted his opinion. I'm met with "take vitamins"? Avoid this man and anyone else who gaslights you into thinking everything is all in your head.
