This was approximately two months ago at the time of writing this. Any updates, I've had to call to request. They then had to tow my car less than a mile down the road to said dealership. That's the last I've heard. Every interaction and phone call has been met with "I don't knows" and obvious ranting of the manager in the background about the situation.
