However, they failed to notice that the brake lines collapsed and this required me to have it towed back to their shop because the brake caliper completely seized. This was approximately two months ago at the time of writing this. Any updates, I've had to call to request. They had to coordinate with the local Ford dealership to have the brakes bled... which required me calling said dealership so a ticket could be open. They then had to tow my car less than a mile down the road to said dealership. That's the last I've heard. Every interaction and phone call has been met with "I don't knows" and obvious ranting of the manager in the background about the situation. They may have been a quality shop years ago, but that quality has long since faded.

He also checked out the transmission and told me it was fine. He recommended I take it to Keith at EKG Auto Center in Talladega. Nick told me he had called ahead and explained what he thought was the issue. Keith confirmed and ordered parts and I hope to pick it up today. Very satisfied with the customer service and would strongly recommend both businesses.

They pulled my tire 38 minutes before sending text that it was started-guess that's how the system stays "on time" and makes them look like they work quickly. No urgency at all. Team lead just stood around chatting, worker moved with no urgency. Disappointing and unprofessional. 12:58-2:34pm 1 hr 36 mins to plug a tire. No urgency in service area. Cheating the system by logging time AFTER starting svc to make look like shorter service completion time. The logged time showed 7 mins to completion. Does this happen at all locations? Walmart + member but would definitely have argued if I had to even pay the $15. Unacceptable.
