Today while pitbike races resumed I was berated and provoked by a female with a yellow staff shirt on the track of Hemonds. Multiple spectators saw her and heard her provoking me. Mind you it's 90° today, I have shorts and a tank top on- she continued to not only yell directly at me, she then openly berated my clothing. Making comments saying I'm here with shorts on and no shirt... trying to be sexy. I'm here to ride, and race. There are so few females in motocross that we have to support each other. I will never be back and I will never suggest any of my friends or family ride at Hemonds. There is no room for that kind of hate in this sport. If you're a female rider please avoid this location.

This track is going to dirt next year…read more George has seen something that needs to happen. 6 years ago, I wanted to see some different kind of racing. I went to Utica Rome raceway in NY. I've been hooked ever since. I will drive 1000 miles to a dirt car race, even if an asphalt race track was across the street from where I lived. That's how good it is! Packed stands, unlike Maine tracks. However, he will need to bring in a touring series like the Super Dirt Series or Empire Super Sprints. They will pack the stands, trust me. It won't be cheap, but will pay off in the end. So everyone who is opposed to dirt tracks, take a few $ and go to a track in NY state some weekend and experience what racing is all about. If you aren't impressed, I can't help you!
