Because I did that is the reason they said they would not refund my money. On top of that, they ordered too much for my backsplash. Again, they would not return my money or take back the extra product which was very expensive. However, they didn't return the excess back to either so I could sell it myself, after I took it to their warehouse. Do NOT use these people. They will rip you off and smile while they do it.

I scheduled the work to get done and I've had two failed attempts. On Monday they no showed with no communication until nearly two hours past the start time. Today the crew showed up (the only crew employed by Fresh Start according to them) and said they weren't comfortable cleaning tile, my shag carpet or my upholstered chairs. I'm glad they were honest as to not ruin my flooring and chairs. They recommended me to competitors in town. I've asked the owner/manager to call twice, and to date have had no communication. If they don't have the crews or ability to do the work, they probably should pause operations until they do. To make matters worse, one of the employees had mud caked to the bottom of their shoes and left pieces of mud everywhere they walked. So, I didn't get my tile or carpets cleaned but I ended up having to clean after they left. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Our carpets take quite the beating. WMD has come and even made special accommodations when he had a carpet/dog emergency. They are very professional. Take pride in their work and are super friendly. They come in and get to the job. Ince they have completed the work he always takes me around to check the rooms. I'm so happy with the results. I dont want to put the furniture back.
