Quick and friendly technician but he was only able to lightened up the heavy traffic stains, not remove them. I had spot cleaned some areas which left dirty circles and he was only able to lighten up those as well, not remove them. Unfortunately I will need to do all the areas again. I appreciate that he let us know he couldn't take care of the stairs because of the condition of the carpet before he started working on it so he didn't charge us for that. read more

I am definitely not happy for the amount of money we paid. I have a steam cleaner and I could have done the same thing. I even paid extra for a deodorizer and it did absolutely nothing. I would not recommend the quality is not there for the price you pay. read more

The carpet in 5 rooms and the hall and stairs was cleaned in a few hours. At first glance it all appeared cleaner but within days I could see spots and stains that were not removed; areas that did not appear cleaned at all. Apparently cleaning that fast means poor results and is not worth the price we paid. read more

After our service we had called back because some parts of the carpet were not cleaned. We were not satisfied. The owner was aggressive and did not want to come back. He answered back rudely after we told him he did not clean where the bed was and sofa was. We would not recommend them to any of our Hispanic community! read more

Super pleased with our choice to go with Oxi Fresh! For starters, did our research on chemicals used and this is the best route to go if you have pets or kids in the house. Even during the cleaning I felt comfortable with our kid in the same room. Second, the results were outstanding. Robert did a terrific job and was very accommodating to our strange floor plan. He helped us rearrange some furniture to get the rough spots where our dogs had peed and when he left our carpet looked exactly like it did after new install one year ago. They should be ashamed of themselves. Mymother -in-law is 80 years old and blind and they took advantage of her. Charged her $219 and after two week the stain on the carpet came back they told her that she had one week to report it, all she wanted is the stain to be removed and they wanted to charge her $100!! not only that after telling them it's too expensive and all she wants is the service she paid for they hang the phone in her face!!!! We had Matt come out this morning to clean the carpets in our whole house. He called the night before to confirm the appointment and asked if he could come earlier. He was right on time, took a good look at each room, and made good NOT of our trouble spots. Specifically we have a cat with "issues". I called to make an appointment and was given a time the next day. Matt came by exactly on time and was a pleasure to work with. Matt assessed my carpet which was very dirty and had some tough traffic wear problems. Matt was very honest about what he could do for me and mixed a stronger pre-mix for the tough areas.
