They're very nice I will say that but my experience wasn't good. The moment I left my dash lights lit up like a Christmas tree. I drove home and thought it would go away, it didn't. I figured it was serious because by the time I got home I noticed my odometer wasn't moving. Paid a shop the next day $100 to diagnose and "reset" it, they said it was my dash cluster. Eventually went to dealer. They said I had a short and the sensor in the tranny was fried. THANK GOD, I had a bumper to bumper warranty, I played dumb and dealer fixed it free (invoice was well over $2,000 though). 1.5 years later I'm writing this as I'm sitting in my car with a dead battery... and I have to go somewhere important. This battery keeps ruining my life. I will be replacing it with an interstate battery most likely - never had issues with them and they last. :( read more

This family owned business is why they have been around for 20 years in their industry! They totally exceeded my expectations! So glad I accidentally found them on Instagram. My battery is located under the bed of my show truck and Mr. Robert helped me out of the gate...my massive tool box had to be removed to get access, he had the tools and gave me a hand at removing it. He redid the wiring terminal for a more secure hold. Installed the battery perfectly. The list could go on...Overall it took over 45mins for something they usually do in 5. They literally stood behind their word on "Free Installation"! Bananas, I was totally expecting an additional labor fee. The truck started with half a click, their batteries are LEGIT! They even backed it with a 3 month warranty. They also tested my Harley battery and showed me the test results and said that the battery was perfect and had enough crank power to turn over a car. They didnt try to sell me a battery, they have integrity, which lacks in a lot of shops nowadays. They will always be my go to place if I need any other batteries for my 3 other cars. I bought a van that had been sitting for awhile, tried to charge the battery and my battery charger wouldn't even start to charge it so I thought the battery was dead. When I called Oxnard battery they had one in stock for only $40. So when I showed up there the guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and tested my battery instead of just ringing me up for one and proceeded to charging my battery because he couldn't even test it. He was so helpful with understanding my batteries status. He tested and charged my battery and recommended a new battery.
