One of the hands on a smaller face had fallen off…read more I was told that the jeweler would need to evaluate my piece before committing to the repair and got a follow up call that it could be fixed. I was able to pick it up within a few days and walked away happy. Watched looked much better after the repair. Nice staff and they sell other items in store including jewelry and watches.

A staff member confidently told me (IN FRONT OF MY BUYER) that my IGI-certified 4CT lab-grown diamond was fake and "for sure Cubic Zirconia", even after I demonstrated the paperwork. After more staff members took a look, they come back to confirm it WAS actually a lab diamond (like I tried to explain!) That level of contradiction is beyond unprofessional and completely destroyed trust in the middle of a sale. On top of that, they tried to quote me around $3,000 to "rebuild" the ring because the band is thin, which felt wildly inflated. However, another person on the floor was much kinder and explained that this was due to the professional grade. Either way, she was much more informative than the other person that did not know the difference between a CZ and a diamond. This was embarrassing, frustrating, and handled terribly. I would not trust their judgment. Get a second opinion somewhere else.

I walked into JC and right away the staff and jeweler were so friendly and helped me get my eternity bands safely removed in less than 30 minutes and pain free. I had to have some stones removed and the bands cut but it is such a relief! I definitely recommend for your jewelry needs and will revisit the store when I'm ready to have them put back together. They packaged the pieces to keep everything together until we're ready to revisit this.

When I finally took it in they lady was trying to tell me my chain isn't white gold... in the purchase it says it is. Anyways I sat there for about 45 minutes while she searched the new iPad for the warranty. I told her that I had been in about a month ago and they used the computer and everything popped up fine and she just ignored me. Came back about 2 weeks later to pick up my "repaired" chain to only be frustrated by the sight of the two ends just being melted together. She handed me the chain with a bunch of tangles in it and I asked her if she could please untangle them and she said "that's the repair" I literally had to point out each Tangle witch I was easily able to see myself.
