He is very professional, very polite and well mannered, so is his young sister who works with him. Both brother and sister duo is very professional and polite. There rates are extremely reasonable ( Actually far better than their competitors). I have been going there regularly for all my wireless repair needs and have never ever been disappointed. Awesome service and very honest business! If you need any phone repairs, do yourself a favor and check this shop first... I brought my phone for a charging port replacement. They quoted me a very reasonable price (I've seen videos online on how to change the port, and am happy to let them do that for me instead - too many parts to deal with). After I brought my phone, the tech told me, he can try to clean out the port first as that actually would be much cheaper. I was more than willing to let him. So, my phone now works and all it needed was a simple cleaning. In these days of uncertainty, I'm happy to know that this local business is not just honest, but will not take advantage of you. ok so first let me start off by saying this repair shop is really friendly. they welcome you as you come in. so i went in last week to get my phone repaired and they didn't had the part in stock so they ordered it for me and left them my phone. 2 days past by and i haven't received a call from them so i call the store and they said the part came but it didn't fit my phone because they ordered the wrong one. so they made me wait one more day. when i went again to the store to pick up my phone it looked good as new. the owner william apologized for the delay and even offered me a bottle of water. so my experience here was so so. but i would still come back here for another repair because they get the job done. read more

I went in there certain that my charging port on my iPhone needed to be replaced. The gentlemen behind the counter said let me try cleaning it properly first and let's see if that works. He said if it didn't work and needed to be swapped out he would not charge me for the cleaning. I was certain it would not work since I tried every trick in the book (online) to clean it out. This is my third time being here. The first was about two-three months ago to fix a cracked iPhone XR screen . They were good so I brought anther iPhone XR and an iPad Air on Oct 15 for screen repairs. They fixed both within 1.5 hrs. Took my phone in for repair once, William helped me out he is was very nice and explained to me how i needed a new battery and a new screen. He told me everything would be ready in a hour.
