POOR QUALITY&SERIVCE.... first off if your a buisness owner thru digital do not go to this guy i lost buisness over and over due to his lack and s***t parts he gets off amazon prime. i lost customers due to my phone breaking and not lasting at all. i took my phone to this guy 2 months ago to fix my broken LCD screen due to me breaking it. few days later the lcd broke with no physical damage i took it to him and he told me i broke it but there was no physical damage at all so i gave it another chance told him replace it again because i run a buisness thru my phone i need it asap. he ordered parts off amazon not jus mine but for other phones. i should've walked away when i saw this cheap stake do that. he told me the screen was top quality and better then iphone so i believed him but once he replaced my screen again it broke few weeks later with NO physical damage not scratches on my screen no scratches at all around my iphone i even showed him!.. i wish i can post photos here but i can't. he's told me it's internal damage but my question is how do you say this lasts more the iphone original screens when the phone itself breaks in my pocket LOL. i thought these type of people scammed you thru phone calls from india only... but i guess they scam you with cheap amazon parts claiming there top quality... i should've knew better of these people read more

Here we are, 3 days later and there still has been no response from the business. I'll update this review if the business ever gets back to me. Update: Yelp sent me a reminder so I thought I'd let you know. It's now been 10 days since my first request and Quickfix still hasn't bothered to answer either my Yelp request or my phone message. I went to have the battery replaced in my 10xr at ATT in Camarillo. He advised that they did not change batteries and gave me the name of a couple of places. I selected this place. I told him what i needed $80 But he did not tell me that he was going to use a non apple battery. While the battery charges the phone does not recognize the non Apple battery. So im upset that he did not advise me . Once i returned home I found one place in Camarillo that is Apple certified But they are not open on the weekend Off to Apple tomorrow to get an Apple certified battery. Ugh read more

Okay, so this review is also long overdue but is so deserved. A few months ago I'd realized that I needed to do something about my phone battery. It would have a full battery after charging all night but after an hour would be down to thirty percent, so it was so needed! I didn't have a lot of options as I was staying in Malibu at the time and I was surprised at that. I saw this listing on Yelp and drove out and met Akon at the kiosk. He was very kind and explained what was going on with my battery end how they behave in terms of battery life and prolonging it. Then he changed my battery with a more durable and higher quality one than the one it came with and even walked me through the steps of how to change my settings to optimize my battery health and performance and I was very appreciative of that. I'm back living in the San Gabriel valley now, which is nowhere near here, but the customer service was just so great and the city is so nice that if I ever need another repair on my phone then I just may take the long trip over! If I could give 0 stars I would. We went trying to get my boyfriends phone fixed, the screen, and the guy ended up screwing us over multiple times. We asked him to change the screen, and he ended up doing it three times lasting a whole hour, instead of the promise 15 minutes, because he kept changing what we wanted. We told him to replace the screen and he proceeded to upsell and put it on without our permission and then trying to make us pay for it. Resulting in him having to fix it again. He told us $80, and as we paid, he never let us see the screen and signed my name for me. Which is illegal btw. Ended up charging us more when I checked my bank account. We went and confronted him and proceeded to call us liars that he told us this higher price. We showed him the bank account and he then threw the resulting money at us. Yes I mean throw. Most disrespectful person and place ever, go somewhere else. Unless you want to be scammed and then treated horribly Edit on 5-19-19 The owner made an inaccurate description of what happened, for what I must assume is to save his butt and his precious yelp "stars". Yes he threw the money at my boyfriend, we even had witnesses we talked to afterwards.
