I also ordered the crispy shrimp, but they honestly weren't crispy at all. More like steamed shrimp wrapped in a little tempura sleeping bag. I asked for no spice, but the broth still came out fairly spicy. When I mentioned it, the server kindly explained that was their normal level of spice. Overall, it was okay. Not terrible, not amazing. I'm not sure I'd personally come back, but everyone was friendly and I genuinely wish them the best.

I agree, it's not the nicest or most clean place, sometimes it's hot inside because they don't run the AC and have a fan blowing instead, but I don't mind because regardless, I enjoy the food. She seemed a bit preoccupied with another table because she kept looking over my shoulder. But when I asked her, she said 'yes, it was supposed to be cooked over easy ' I said well it wasn't and all she could say was 'oh I'm sorry about that. I'm sorry about that'. She could have said something to the effect ' it was supposed to be cooked over easy, I'm sorry that it wasn't, let me tell the cook and maybe we can get you a new cooked egg that's actually over easy' but instead, there was no offer to fix the problem just an apology saying I'm sorry about that. My feeling is if you go to a nice restaurant and you pay for a dish that is as expensive as that was then, it should be cooked according to the description on the menu no apologies needed. Not sure we'll be going back. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of my disappointing meal.
