We visited on Taco Tuesday. We ordered the chicken and shrimp tacos. We found out when reviewing the receipt that the shrimp tacos were not at Taco Tuesday pricing. While it would have been nice for the cashier to tell us that, it was not a big deal because they were worth the up charge. They provide a salsa bar that includes free beans. We will probably go back, though I doubt we will be regulars there. The vibe there is young and hip, we are neither of those things. read more

That being said, there's a few good options like the sopes and huaraches. The ingredients used are tasty, toppings are a little less thrilling. The tomatoes and lettuce are a bit too refrigerated. T&B has a neat selection of fountain drinks including specialty sodas. Service is solid, all the servers and staff I've encountered have been professional and ensure a clean environment. The restaurant is a local favorite for their bar and large screens featuring sporting events. There's plenty of booths and a few tables. My girls and I came here for brunch and we had a great time. They serve complimentary mini guava empanadas, which were delicious! We all ordered different dishes and tried a little bit of everything. We also had a flight of mimosas, which were very tasty! The restaurant looks very cool! I love the murals and the ambiance of the place. Visiting friends in the area and wanted to grab dinner. They recommended Tacos & Beer and so glad they did. Order at the counter and choose your seat. Booths and bar seating available. They have a few TVs to catch a beg game or two. We ordered a couple salads, taquitos and a 3 taco combo special. Food came out really quick. Lots of flavor. The salsa bar had various options as well as pickled spicy carrots. For the 3 tacos I was able to mix different proteins and opted for carne asada, chicken and fish, 1 taco each. Not good!!! Not sure if they changed owners, but it was terrible! They raised the prices too. A small soda costs $5.20. Ridiculous! Not going back! They did not know what condiments to bring with the Menudo, and they forgot that my plate comes with beans and rice. I had to ask the waitress and she said she'll check. I order the same thing every time I come. Which will be no longer because I can no longer solicit a place that charges $5.20 for a small drink!! Going to have to find a new place. We stopped by on a Sunday morning for brunch. It was so packed. We sat at the bar, kind of small leg room but nonetheless we enjoyed our food. I ordered a cafe de olla, I had to remind them about it, which came after my food was served but it was the star of the show. It was sooooo good. Worth the wait. My bf got a michi, hmm just tasted like tomato & beer. The food was amazing. The chilaquiles omelette was so good, the potatoes are seasoned well & eve the beans were good. Wow the fish taco plate came with 3 tacos, beans, rice and drink for $18. The biggest fish taco I've seen and very tasty. Nicely battered. So good that I had dream about it! The salsa bar had 5 salsa choices from mild to spicy. They even have a bean bar of 2 choices. They have a nice bar with awesome drinks. We ordered the Cantarito which is similar to a Paloma. It came in this clay vase looking cup that you're able to keep. We tasted bitterness in the Cantarito as if they used a bad lime and we asked for a redo. It didn't taste like any of the previous times my friend had it. The server was nice to let us get something else. We got a pina colada and mango margarita. If we lived closer, I would frequent Tacos and Tequila more often and try the other dishes. It's usually crowded on a Friday night but it wasn't on this day. I have a monthly luncheon group call ed the Ranch Restaurant Raiders. Every month we go out to didderent restaurants in the Hemet/ San Jacinto citys for our group luncheons. Last week we went to Tacos & Beer in Hemet on Sanderson. Almost everyone in the group saidcthey would not return to this place due to service charge and double tipping. No one was told in advance of the charges ans wound up paying twice for the tip. We never look at our bill we just hand our cards to the waitress and then sign and put tip. I guess thats a mistake . I'm starting to really like this place a lot, they give you so much food. It's not the cheapest place to eat but you will not leave hungry, that's for sure. They have a salsa and beans bar, yeah I said it, they have complimentary pinto beans for you to enjoy, so make sure you take advantage, these beans are hella good. Also, get some marinated onions while you're up there too. I love their fish tacos and my spouse likes their birria tacos, everything there is good, you won't be disappointed. Every time I come here the prices are higher... you can see the stack of stickers placed over the existing prices. I understand the cost of things have gone up... but jeeze. The last time we were here our food took an hour to come out and people were going to the counter for a refund. They give priority to the newer sit down side of the restaurant. The food finally came out and they skimped us on the two sides it was supposed to come with. Overall the food was fine. We went back a month or two later and the prices were raised again. I normally get a mango fruity agua and it's $8... this time I go to order it and it's now $9 and they tried to nickel and dime me on everything in the photo even though it lists everything it comes with. They were trying to charge me $1 per candy that it normally comes with and 50 cents to coat the rim... best be coming with everything for a $9 drink with no liquor. I said forget it. read more
