Tried to shop there on a few occasions (I'm a big hobby spender, young lady/atypical hobbyist, don't look like it but I know my stuff, deep in it and need singles), and you step in and everyone has just more important things to do than help you. Feels rude and unwelcoming. Drove 30 mins with my partner looking for singles, and their whole case was covered in boxes of other cards so you could see nothing. Possibly some sort of tournament happening in the seating area but the store was open, we had money, we wanted to buy. I attempted to move them so I could see and hopefully buy, and after I moved the last of like 5 cases so I could see (we've been at the store for like 15 mins) what I'd assume is an employee approached me. "You are going to break the glass, so I'LL MOVE THEM FOR YOU." And he finally removes the last box (had no idea that me gently stacking cardboard boxes would potentially damage plexiglass, but whatever, no one helped us for like 15 mins. Like what?). So I peaced without purchasing any of the things I noticed I wanted after I could see their inventory. Super rude and unhelpful, seriously cost you my business. My partner bought a few packs of a set we were having trouble getting, not out of patronage, but feeling like it was a wasted trip if not. We won't be coming back. Awful taste in our mouths, be welcoming if you're a hobby shop, or at least pretend helping us is important to your business. Urging fellow hobbyists to hit up That's E or the one in Shrewsbury on Boston Turnpike over this crap. There's a reason they still have the in-demand sets...

They support local authors and even from time to time musicians. I have performed here a couple of times and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Their great event room is a multi-purpose section of the store with a seating capacity of maybe 45-50, give or take. Keep your eyes open for events here! Also has a great selection of gifts. :) The food at the cafe was delicious too!

Sometimes you can get really nice Yankee candles or Red Sox/Patriots clothing in here. They also usually have a bunch of books and older style Vera Bradley bags on clearance. Wayside Country Store has a great selection of Linda Lou sink strainers, my mother was searching for a few designs she didn't own yet and we found them on Wayside Country Store's website. We placed an order for four different strainers (hummingbird, kitty, fishy & butterfly) but due to a storm and outage the store was unable to process the order. I gave them a call and they happily processed my order over the phone. They were extremely apologetic and friendly. Once the shipment arrived we found that we had received two kitty strainers and no fishy strainer. I emailed their customer service and they immediately offered a replacement or credit. We asked for a replacement stating we'd be happy to pay for it (just hoping maybe Wayside could cover shipping) however they shipped out a replacement to us at no cost. We will be ordering again!
