Fortunately Saturday hours are available and I immediately booked the 10am time slot availability. They were friendly and prompt, after completing the intake forms there wasn't a long wait to be seen. I really liked the welcoming, pleasant and professional demeanor of the entire staff. I was looking for a specific style frame and they had what I wanted in several color options. For my next eye exam I would certainly continue scheduling here. The individual that was helping to put my order in had no personality and showed a side of laziness when we asked about a certain frame if the business had it in stock. I walked in to get my glasses yesterday and I was not welcomed by anyone and waited 10minutes. I recieved one of two pairs of my glasses and the gentleman put my glasses in a foam package and he said they were out of eyeglass cases. I was very disappointed especially after spending so much money and being a repetitive customer. This was my last straw.

Employee was only cooperative when it came to upgrades/additions, and flat out refused to give me an idea on what my "out of pocket" was going to be without starting the actual purchase process. As a heads up, just be aware of your "out the door " cost, as well as the price on that "free pair!"

I had the privilege to be seen by Dr. Rice. He and his staff were wonderful. Each person I dealt with was excellent. Amy, Ian, KD and one other front desk girl I dealt with were just FANTASTIC. They were all attentive and caring. Then the atmosphere was modern and edgy. The office and machine they used are on the cutting edge of time. They actually told him they were not in network with his insurance plan and gave him suggestions of places that accepted his coverage.
