But apparently Dr. Batson was listening to our conversation from another room, whether intentionally or not, and when she came in she clearly had an attitude over what I can only presume was an assumption she had mistakenly derived through the wall or door, and stated, "I am going to prescribe you glasses, you can wear them or not." Said in a tone she should never have taken with a patient, certainly not with ME. I went ahead and got my glasses there for convenience but I will not be going back, you can count on THAT.

She uses a wheelchair so that accommodation is extremely helpful. The facility is much larger inside than I realized and their desk staff is so courteous and professional. And they are in network with a lot of different insurances which of course is a big plus. They have a nice selection of eyeglass frames but it's a much smaller selection than a LensCrafters store as an example.
