They work in exchange for free rent so a lot of things get pushed under the rug and left undone!! It's horrible to call over and over about a problem and have them send the same unqualified person to address it! Having a leaking shower running up your water bill for months. Holes in your drywall from a roof leak that goes a year unrepaired or your ac running 24/7 and your bill $500 for electric and your home stays at 85-90! Shouldn't be this way for the price you pay.

I had ---- all over my bathroom and in the hall and in part of my son's room. There was ----. When I told him that there was sewage all over he asked me if I was exaggerating then he told me it was not an emergency. So I had to go out and and buy over 200 dollars of vacuum and cleaning supplies to clean it myself. They didn't do anything until that Monday and it was Friday evening that this happened. They never replaced the carpet for me either. So that's nasty and very unhealthy. When I moved out they tried to get me for over 1000 dollars for the carpet. But I got pictures, videos and even a recording of the call of the incident. So that's not happening. I even cleaned the place when I left.

i'll give this place 2 stars ONLY because of the managers. if it weren't for them it would be a 1…read moreall day. 1st off the apartments are tiny and stink, i had one that the dude downstairs smoked. and i made report after report. nothing was ever done. my shower head was broken upon moving in along with a hot water heater than needed relit daily. there resort was to paint the building and jack up rent $250 more per month for nothing. when i moved out i got stuck with a cleaning fee of $180 im guessing to shampoo the carpets and wipe everything down, which by law they have to do before a new tenant. and yes i cleaned EVERYTHING. it was spotless. moral of the story don't go here. go somewhere else. find somewhere actually nice to overpay on. thanks'

we live in one of this Co.'s senior living apts. in Cabot, AR.and our A/C has been out now since…read moreMay 6th (today is June 3rd). they loaned us window units but it was still 84 degrees in our apt. on Memorial Day weekend. If you are handy and can fix everything yourself this might be a good fit but don't depend on maintenance to fix a thing, or Property Management to help get the job done.
