The installers were very nice, professional and funny. They were very careful when moving my furniture. They did a great job removing the old carpet and pad. Cleaned the floor before installing my new carpet. Once they finished installing I vacuumed the carpet and they replaced the furniture. next I had the laminate floor installed. The gentleman that took up my old ceramic tile worked his butt off. He got the old floor up in one day. Next day he installed the new floor. Than came the ceramic backsplash tile installed. I had the appliances moved and most of the furniture . They came in started the vinyl and then moved to the den and started the carpet. They changed me for moving the appliances and furniture and they didn't have to move any of it if they had done the vinyl 1st. They didn't even do my half bath. I asked why I would have all the floors done and leave a half bath. One of my refrigerators got unplugged. I was not reimbursed for any of the food I lost. I have used them different times throughout the years. I've never had experience with them like this one and I will not ever use them again.

I went through Home Advisor and had a company rep come out and then quoted me a price that I thought was bit high, based on past experience, and wanted a 50% deposit. I called Quality Exteriors here in Mountain Home for a bid. Dale Reed came out, inspected my roof and made a few suggestions to improve the roof prior to installing the roofing. He gave me a quote on the spot. His quote was less than the other company and involved a bit more repair work. We entered into a contract, with only $200 earnest money up front. They came out and installed my roof in two days and it looks amazing. They even took the time to measure and reinstall my DirectTV dish so I did not have to call and have it adjusted. They are a busy company and you may have to wait a bit ( I waited 2 months) but they are fair, and very professional.

We were able to find a time convenient for both of us, which aligned with an already scheduled trip to Mountain Home for this afternoon, even though it was late in the afternoon. We arranged a place to meet, and he suggested he do the work on programming the remote and cutting the emergency physical key while I was doing my business in town. He took about 45 minutes to do his work. (He says Infinitys are sometimes hard to get programmed, but he kept working with it to make sure everything worked.) His charge was exactly what he quoted.
