There were also outdoor showers, but they were worse than the indoor showers.. unfortunately it's a beautiful space, but it looks like the owners are just trying to get what they can by filling up the campgrounds and not taking care of the situation. I stayed as a similar host on Facebook in the next spooning instead of emptying or calling the people to coming to empty the dumpster. They came by with a hole in a bucket and squished down all of the ref refuse.. to make room for more, which of course did nothing for the smell.

This is one of those campgrounds that people live in. Don't come here expecting to "camp". No fire rings except at a few spots someone has placed small stones. That's all the negatives we can think of. The office and shower house are really nice and clean. Showers are pretty modern with plenty of hot water and privacy. Showers are entered in using a code. Full hookups with easy backing. WiFi. The people that work here are friendly. All in all a decent, quiet place but we were expecting to be more in a campground type atmosphere with s'more roasting in the fire ring.

Kids (and adults) will love scrambling on all the large rocks. Adults with enjoy the beauty of creation. And if you are brave enough, you will find a cathedral-type cave at the end of your journey. You do have to squeeze to find it, but the trip back into the cave is worth it--just be careful of any low hanging bats (lol!). My wife and I have lived in NWA for 5+ years and we do this hike at least once a year. Sometimes just us, but usually with a group and no one has ever complained about the distance or that they were bored. So good! I love this hike and I know you will too!!

It's coming in the future. The campground has a country store at the front which has the rv check in location around back.with ample parking. The campground is surrounded by a nice privacy fence. It is pet friendly. It has complete hookups, dump station, showers and laundry facilities. There are cafes and gas stations nearby. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

We spent one day canoeing on the river and another day hiking to Sunrise Bluff and the old ghost town of Pinnacle Springs. Our guide John knows the creek and woodlands like the back of his hand -- lots of great history, geology and biology. He was a great help in assisting us both on land and on the water especially with some of the older people in our group. We will be back.

The partners, John and Matt, were so friendly and able to recommend floating/excursion ideas for my day. Their shuttle service was perfect and they arrived when they said they would. The equipment was top notch and most importantly affordable. Seeing the sheer amount of white water rapids, large boulders, and deep pools filled with fish definitely are going to lure me back here. If only I had brought my fishing pole with me... The campsites were clean and dispersed which made me able to connect with the woods teeming with bird songs and wildlife. I can't wait to return to float, camp, and to catch lots of smallmouth! Thank you again for the wonderful time! You truly helped me have a legendary day!

The lodge is well maintained and has numerous indoor activities like pool, ping pong, fooseball, games, and a movie theater. The food is delicious and plentiful. But what makes the ranch truly special is the staff. The wranglers are awesome and ready to help even the most novice riders. The climbing guides are masters at their craft and patient beyond belief. Kids club for the little ones is exciting and fun. The barn loft has climbing walls, basketball, and sooooo much more. WiFi is available at the lodge and phone coverage is a bit spotty, but who needs that anyway. You'll be so busy, even teenagers won't notice. All in all, this trip exceeded all expectations. The terrain was extremely rough, rocky, and covered with loose gravel--something we were not adequately prepared for. Unfortunately, both of us wiped out and ended up with injuries. The area is beautiful and seeing the various livestock was fun, but equipping guests with more information about the trails would have been extremely helpful. I would not recommend for novice riders or small children!

My fav! So we are taken to an elevator ( because we came late; or on time?) Down 250+ feet underground. The doors open to a spectacular show of stalagmites, sparkly walls, hibernating bats.. it was Amazing! When that was done, we saw waterfalls and hiked up paths that were surrounded by nothingness. There were parts of the cave closed to us that had bats. Their gift store sold the prettiest bracelet with different natural stones on it. It was a great day.
