This was our first trip to Ozarks Amphitheater and we were delighted! What a treat that Parking is free unless you want to pay to park closer. We are able bodied and enjoyed the walk. It's so refreshing to see a venue, not gouge people unnecessarily. The drinks cost enough for them to make a tidy profit. We drove down from Kansas City to see Alison Krauss and Robert Plant and enjoyed the short 90 minute show. They mostly played songs that they had recorded together on their bluegrass albums along with a couple of Led Zeppelin tunes and one Robert Plant song called "In the Mood". They did a real nice version of "When the Levee Breaks" that was just released as a single. If there is another concert, we are interested in hearing we will not hesitate to return as this was a delightful experience. Thank you to all of the staff and crew for being lovely. read more

It's a nice medium size venue out in the country. We've gone there several times for concerts and had a great time. It's been easy to go in and easy to get out. If you get there closer to the start of the concert be ready for a long wait as you go through security check. They have new bag requirements so be prepared. IMO, there's no need to pay for parking as the free parking plenty close. read more

In This Moment provided great music and a fantastic stage show. The pit area is very small. The seats are very small and do not flip up. It is impossible to not step on people to get to up and down the aisle. Sitting in the 100° sun is always fun, but maybe they could provide a few fans to blow down on the crowd. I know it is usually expensive to buy drinks at these places but, 22$ for a beer and a water seems excessive. Especially when I can't go back to my car for a water and get back in. There are a lot better venues but there are not many better bands than In This Moment. read more

This place is so much fun, honestly you can sit anywhere and enjoy the atmosphere and fantastic music. The lines to get a drink are quite long but that's just how it is anywhere, so patience goes a long way and you'll feel refreshed in no time. I was really glad they have a shuttle bus available, we parked pretty far and I was not looking forward to the long walk. Cody Johnson was awesome, we had so much fun. read more

Good venue with a good sound system. They have a long list of prohibited items that they need to post clearly with signage at the parking and sidewalk entrances, rather than hand you a card after you've made it through the long line to the entry check point. Concessions are high-priced ($10 for a soda and a water). For some reason, they remove all caps from drink bottles. There are no cup holders and the floors are sloped, so you can't set down your uncapped drink. The ushers stand and walk around during the concert, blocking sight lines. They should be SEATED at the heads of the aisles. Outdoor venue, so weather is always a consideration. This is a rain or shine venue. Parking --including ease and speed of ingress and egress--could be improved. The whole experience could be improved if they would ease up on some of the rigid rules, lower concession prices, and improve the parking. If they would provide wristbands, then you might be able to go back to your car if you need to retrieve anything. Also, if there were some way to discourage people from constantly walking around and standing during the concert! Why can't people politely remain seated at concerts any more? read more

Parking is supposed to be included in the price of your ticket. When you get there, the parking is not clearly marked. Apparently, the free parking is off-site. I never saw it. Instead, there are giant yellow flags and signs that read Main Gate Parking $20. It's like you have no choice. That parking lot is directly in front of the venue. Guess what? Main Gate is the name of a company that charges for that parking lot. This is deliberately misleading. There were 2,500 cars at the concert I attended. That's $50,000. Way to rip off your customers. read more

Clean and great lighting. Lots of food and drink choices. The seats are tiny (no,I'm not 00, but neither plus size). Everyone has to get up and go to the aisle for someone to go use the portable potty or get a drink. There now no leg room. It's hard to see the stage over the heads of people. We had a great time at The Alabama Concert! The amphitheater is really nice but TRAFFIC going into and out is AWFUL! Grid lot is no fun. The people directing traffic didn't know what they were doing. (just standing around). Awful, awful, awful! Took us 1 1/2 hours to get out! read more

Worth every dollar. If you've never experienced a concert under the stars, then I'd suggest adding it to your summer plans. We had an Awesome time. I had heard that Get the Led out would put on a great show. They we're far better than expected. The venue is Amazing. On site parking, Beer was easily accessible, not a bad seat in the house. It was a great night. We'll be visiting this venue again and again. read more
