It certainly can't compare to a Regal but considering it's the only one at the lake it'll have to do. Seats are outdated and none recline but the really used ones kinda lean back like an air plane seat. The staff is really friendly and everything appears clean. My strife is with the website that charges you a $2 convenience fee PER TICKET yet it's not really convenient since you're still forced to wait in the ticket line to scan your QR code. That is ridiculous to me but the staff assured me that was "the head office" and they would change if they could. The staff is friendly and helpful and served me with a smile both times I went while on vacation. They have great deals on Tuesday's and my grandma seems pleased with their loyalty card. read more

We visited with our granddaughter that is an infant. We did watch a rated R movie because of violence. I bought the tickets online but when we got to the theater with her in my arms and the them the digital tickets for the movie they let us in and let us get comfortable in our seats before asking us to leave because their Policy is no child under the age of 6 allowed in rated R movies. If this was a policy that is easily found on the website I would have been fine with not being allowed. However it took the staff at least 15 minutes to find the policy themselves and was rudely asked how old the child was in front of others in the theater. Obviously my infant grandchild was not older then six and I did not appreciate the rudeness of the staff about asking us to leave. They did give us our two tickets back which I will not use based of the rude staff members tone and stupid question. Maybe a warning sign when purchasing online would have been nice AND not letting get to our seats and comfortable before telling us we could not be in there with her. Again, it's a POLICY and the almost asleep infant would not even understood the movie in the first place. read more

Place was clean, But it needs to be up dated. Go on line look up California movie theaters. That can help you up dates your theater. Your seats were uncomfortable. Your beer display was not inviting and either was your food and candy displays. Iam a movie person and love to spend money to watch a good movie. But I didnt spend no money in your theater. Nothing appeal to me. The young men that try to help me was patient and present with me great customer service But nothing was appetizing for me. I believe you can make more money if you can up grade the theater. The price of the movies are the same in California, so is your food. I didnt feel happy when I left . Love this theater! Always clean, friendly staff, great promotions. I need to give a shout out to management. I was here with my four small children and management went out of her way to make it as easy as possible for me to be seated while toting my kids and all of our goodies. She gave us extra cups/popcorn bags so that I would be able to give each of my kids their own bag to hold. Our movie experience might not have gone as smoothly had it not been for her attention to detail. Thank you!! read more

You can't buy tickets for a Tuesday show early to get the Tuesday price - SERIOUSLY?!?!?! Asked the staff if they were selling tickets yet and "not now" was the only response and very very snippy!!! this place is horrible. they are completely understaffed & inconsiderate. my mom spent over $100 too see a movie with our family and instead of watching the movie, she was stuck in the lines for over a fucking hour. missing the entirety of the movie SHE paid for. not only that, but the GM didn't seem to care saying he can't control the lines. no sir, but you can control how many employees you have in your establishment. y'all need to do better. she couldve at least gotten a refund amount for a single ticket price. my mom works hard for her money & she wanted to take her family out to see a movie, then she gets shafted because this bum ass theater can't afford to give a refund of $20. def not ever going back. plus the popcorn tasted like bleach. read more

This is probably my worst movie seats experience ever. Why would a group of people need seats picked for them. As long as your a grown human being you should be pretty capable of finding seats once your in the theater. A computer picks your seats for you and the man who was selling me my tickets at the counter was rude and seemed annoyed at the fact that we wanted to change my seats! Horrible seat experience l. Place is clean and well kept. Staff entering the place is rude and condescending. I am a retired vet. I had my id card for the va but did not realize I need to carry my red card with me. Not many of us do. The under qualified elderly lady at tickets was rude and wanted to play 30 questions. All to save 3.00. Really. This is how they treat vets. All over 3.00? Someone needs to sit her butt in combat for a few days see if she thinks it's entertaining. Found her demeaning and condescending. Great addition to the area that shows new releases. But some of the staff is incredibly rude! Need more training or more supervision of staff- particularly the staff cleaning the theater on 10/6 of A Star is Born. They seemed to be intentionally cleaning at a slow pace and were unpleasant to any movie patron who walked in the theater! A more customer oriented demeanor would make the place a lot better! read more

Clean place, and comfy seats. Tickets were a bit pricey compared to what they are for us at home, but over all it was a great experience!
