My design was really complicated but they were sooo patient and paid so much attention to detail. My nails came out super clean and neat, you can tell they actually care about their work. The facility appears clean and professional at first glance, but my experience was disappointing. Most of the staff lacked professionalism and provided very poor customer service. The prices were high, yet the quality of the work did not justify the cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Horrible service I showed up early for my 1 pm appointment by 15 minutes. I sat there patiently. At 1:15 someone finally sat me down but didn't do anything with me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A few minutes went by and I asked when my nails would be done. She told me 10 minutes. So I said how can you take someone before me when I had a 1 o'clock. She said she had an appointment and I said so do I.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I said I have limited time and told her that I said if you couldn't take me why wouldn't you tell me so I could reschedule. Then she said she could reschedule.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called my mom and asked if it was ok, she is watching my child. I said if you will be done In 10 minutes and can start me that will be fine then she got up and said she can't promise 10 minutes she is working on a customer and I am disturbing her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So she told me I could reschedule or she could refuse service. I had to get up and leave before I got angry.
