I tried to call ahead and the phone went straight to voicemail so I drove over and a sign on the front said Walk-ins Welcome. I walked in asked for a pedicure and was told they were booked for the day. Not so welcoming to walk-ins nor did they answer the phone wasting 30 mins of my time having to drive over only to be turned away. read more

Made an appointment on 4/23/22. When I walked in, guy on right said he was booked. Didn't ask if I had an appointment, but when I told him I had one he said sit at number 3. Waited about 15 minutes then asked how long the wait would take, he says another 20 minutes. So I gladly left and won't return. Why did I make an appointment?!?! He was rude! Was hoping for a walk-in or make an appointment. The guy up front was very RUDE! Hard to understand very unhelpful.

Very unfriendly. Never going back and I would not recommend anyone to go here. We had scheduled for gel fingernail polish and two pedicures in advance and they claimed they had no record of this, then agreed to do just the gel nail polish. I spent the 5 minutes it took for him to messily do my nails in the salon shaking and trying not to cry after the tech very rudely went off on me about not having time after asking him to file my nails to an even length. They didn't even leave my nails under the light long enough to cure them and rushed through the entire process. Just had my first Pedicure since lick down and it was fabulous. Everything very clean. Couldn't be more impressed.

I have lived at the lake for awhile and I have always heard great things about Linda's Nails. I never had the chance to check it out until last weekend. A few of my girlfriends and I made appointments for pedicures. What a great time and I loved my pedicure. Everything was so clean and everyone was so nice. They even gave me a Christmas gift!! Stopped in while I was in town. I can't speak for everyone who works there, but Miley (sp?) was excellent. She was very thorough and made sure I was happy with nail length, color, etc. I got a mani and pedi. The mani was the best one I've ever had. She couldn't have done a better job. I have been coming here for about 4 years now. I WILL NOT go anywhere else. I wait my turn in a fair way as possible. The staff are smiles and friendly as can be. Yes, they speak their own language. I don't care. If I did I would buy the app that tells me what they are saying. BIG DEAL. Its not the only place in town where they do! Michael and Kathy do a fine job and I get plenty of compliments on my nail and toes. Prices posted not accurate. Sign said $8 and up and polish was $15. Did not use pedi file to remove dead skin on feet during a pedicure. Also, the lady was rude to my mentally handicapped cousin and clearly did not want to do the job we would have paid her to do. So, we asked her to not do her nails. read more

Came here after crappy service at Luxury nails. The staff here at Linda Nails were very friendly and kept you posted on wait etc. they did a great job on the Pedicure for me and my moms nails. I haven't been in the area since 2014. I just returned from PA, where I loved my nail tech. I am very obsessive about my nails. They have to be perfect or it drives me bonkers. I was scared having to go somewhere else but years ago Linda Nails did a good job. I don't do acrylic nails. I have hard gel/builder gel nails and not many people do them. So....I had an appointment with Michael and I had never seen him in previous visits. I was a little worried. However, let me just say O....M.....G!!!! He nailed it, no pun intended but seriously, his attention to detail, his artistry were over the top. The shape was perfect. There were no defects. There were zero flaws. He took time to make sure they were perfect and checked every detail. He is a true artist. I honestly don't think I've ever been this happy about how my nails turned out. LOL Of course, the salon is very clean and orderly and I was greeted with kindness. Highly recommend!! read more

Evidently the method this place uses to get people in is to take phony appointments and tell walk ins that there is no wait just so they can get you seated and your feet in the water. I suppose they think that once you are seated with feet in water that you won't leave regardless of the wait after you sit. Well, after 40 minutes and cold water along with an educated guess that it would be at east another 40 minutes before our turn, we left. What happened to customer service and honesty? read more

Love this place. Michael is the best. His wife is wonderful too. I've never had a bad experience here. Something's the wait is long but that's because they are so good. I moved 3 1/2 hours from here and still wait til I come here to get my nails done. Because I can't find anyone so good. Prices are great too. Michael can do most designs. We are in town for a baseball tournament and I desperately needed a pedi. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly. They had a large color selection and all of the nail instruments were all in sterilized bags. They were very thorough when cleaning the pedicure chair and tub when another client had finished their pedi. I would go here again when in town! read more

You never asked my weight! Michael so rudely shouted in front of the other customers, "You too FAT!!!" . My problem is with Michael and his poor treatment. The last few times I was there , Kathy did not work on me. Kathy just hid in the corner while Michael shouted at me. I went out to my car and cried for a half hour before I drove . Very unprofessional. Maybe before you tell a person that they are too fat ,by your standards, you should inquire as to how much they weigh before assuming! I am the nicest person ever. All you had to do was talk to me in private Kathy did do a good job when she worked on me, but, she had not worked on me for a year by this time so the pregnancy was not an issue. I sent a lot of people here during the four years I patronized them. I will not do that any longer. I can't . I had a pedicure every 2 weeks. I found a wonderful place that is so nice, professional and sweet. Their shop is very clean and their customers are treated like family. I gladly give them my money. I always loved my conversations with Kathy and I was sad that that relationship had to end. read more

This was the most awful nail place I have ever gone to. I usually go to luxury up the road (they are phenomenal ) but they usually have a long wait. The people at Linda nails were rude and unfriendly. The pedicure was not very good and the worst part was that everything was way over priced. A friend got her nails and toes just painted (no manicure no pedicure) and they charged her 23 dollars. They were not willing to give reasonable prices, not willing to do designs, and seemed like they wanted to rush the whole thing. Overall do not go here- go up the road to luxury nails where you might have a wait but the service, quality, and prices will be way better! read more

my experience here was truly awful. rarely do I ever give reviews, but this terrible experience of mine not only happened in the salon but also out. I called ahead for an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early so I could pick out a color for my acrylic nails and for a polish change on my toes. as I was told to sit in my chair, he began to start my acrylics. I felt very rushed while he was doing my nails. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails and he seemed to do whatever he wanted. my nails were CROOKED and very SHORT. he charged me the average amount of $25, and then began to polish my toes. my toes look fine, but defiantly NOT worth $15.... he didn't file my nails, or push back my cuticles. let alone cut them. 2 days passed and I already had 3 acrylic nails completely fall off, along with 7 other crooked nails. so I decided to call and nicely schedule an appointment for them to redo the mess they made. they were friendly and I made an appointment for 10:30 am. I arrived 10 minutes early this time and a women asked what I needed. I told her I called and made an appointment. then she told me to COME BACK at 12:30, I told her that I scheduled this appointment before hand for 10:30 am and her excuse was... "we are busy, sorry come back at 12:30 or come tomorrow" pitiful!! I will not go here again. I never got my nails fixed, I felt rushed, it wasn't sanitary, they were rude, and totally ignored my appointment. I advise everyone that is looking for a place to get their nails done to abandon Linda's Nails unless you are looking for a terrible experience. read more

Don't think an appointment means anything. I called. I made an appointment. I got there early. I waited. And still someone walked in after me and got her nails done first. Even though she didn't have an appointment. RUDE! She was obviously a regular. I said something to the owner and gruffly he said "you wait your turn". Terrible service. I had polish with a slight bit of glitter polish and the guy doing my nails was openly aggravated about taking my polish off...really? Isn't that what I'm paying for? One of the members of my party was getting a pedi and they filed her to close and cut her heel. Terrible and painful. They did do a good job with our mani and pedi's but the service is terrible. I won't be returning. Expect a long wait and rude service. I'll go elsewhere. read more

I came in and asked for a pedicure for my mother, 4 year old daughter and I. The told us to sit down and soak. One hour later, sitting in cold water, my mother and I decided not to give them our business, but allowed my daughter to go ahead since it was her special treat and she was so excited.
