Worst Customer Service EVER! Been waiting on a $5 credit (overcharged) for 6 weeks! 1/2 dozen people said they would make sure it would get put onto my account, but never did. At their suggestion I called the mgr and left a message. No one ever called me back. It's only $5, not $50, but it's just the point. This place is an absolute joke. I was a first-time customer, and after this disaster, I'll never step foot in this business again. On May 7, 2025, I got an email saying my clothes were ready for pickup. I showed up, only to find out I wasn't even allowed to check my items before paying in full. Once I paid, I realized on the spot that one of my items--a $120 shirt--was missing. I immediately brought it up to the employee, who told me she'd "find it by the end of her shift" and call me. Of course, I never got a call. They have my number tied to my order, so there's no excuse. The next morning I went back--same empty promise. "We'll call you by the end of the day." Nothing. By Friday, I had heard the exact same lie three days in a row. Not once did anyone take ownership, follow through, or even pretend to care that they lost my personal property that I already paid for. And let's be clear--no refund was offered, no credit, nothing. The whole operation feels shady. Maybe they're disorganized--or maybe they just see something they like and "lose" it after getting your payment. Either way, it's a complete scam. I paid full price for a service, and they literally lost my clothes and blew me off like it didn't matter. This place is unprofessional, careless, and possibly dishonest. If this is how they treat a first-time customer, imagine what they do when you're not paying attention. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'd be embarrassed to even say I gave them business. Sent high quality items for dry cleaning and they returned with a hole in a sweater, missing tassle, lost button and totally messed up material...not to forget that I takes them more than 2 weeks to complete the service.Sent them white duvet cover and comes back grayish white with stains not removed. The biggest problem is that they asked the client to leave a message, i.e., text, SMS or email and no one bothers to reply unless you q are really frustrated. They don't have the same quality as they used to. If you have any spots that are oily and greasy your clothes will be pressed with the oil stains still there. In addition, they have snipped waist drawstrings, and just returned it damaged without acknowledging, and have lost garments as well. I also had a very detailed ruffled bodysuit and they mangled it and smashed all the ruffles. I had to take it to a specialist to do by hand. We are beyond disappointed with this place. We dropped off a dress on June 27. When we went back to pick it up, they said we never dropped it off. They were rude, never apologized or took any ownership. There was no manager in sight, and they were beyond unhelpful. We called back several times (a few times they didn't answer) and received the same nonsense, claiming now they needed to check the "plant" so call back tomorrow. Looking at other reviews, we aren't the only one that has gone through this. If you care about your clothing, don't go here, there are many other good dry cleaners in the area. I dropped off a $2000 Zimmermann skirt to this tailor (Vincent) in March. It's now almost July and it's not completed. The first round of alterations were completely incorrect. Those took 6 weeks. I dropped it back off and after I called many times to follow up, the manager finally called me 8 weeks later to say it was finished and they would ship the skirt to me. It's now June 20 and I have not received the skirt and come to find out it's not even finished. More phone calls. Vincent calls me back and 'performs' on the phone as it was clear someone was standing next to him. He had no excuse as to why it's not finished and why I had been told a lie about its completion. At this point, I have no other option than to file a small claims suit to get a refund for the destroyed skirt and hundreds of dollars charged to my card without my consent for the incorrect alternations. read more

The absolute WORST dry cleaners in the Palm Beach area. We went there because they offered free pick up and delivery. I guess we should've asked more questions before they came and pick up our clothes. They came on a Wednesday and told us that their delivery times were Mondays and Wednesdays. We assumed our clothes would be back the following Monday. Certainly not the case here. They came to our house on Wednesday and picked up 44 items. By the time the following Wednesday rolled around I got concerned and called. Just got a voicemail. Left a message. No one called. Called again on Thursday. Same situation. We called on Friday and they told us they were still working on our order and that they will have it out there on Saturday. That would be 10 days to process 44 items. Upon arrival, our total was $467. Rather high I might add. They charge between eight and nine dollars to dry clean a polo shirt and a pair of shorts. But what struck me the most was the dollar and $1.19 Target kitchen rag that somehow found its way into our laundry bag. You'll notice from the photos attached that they charged us $5.45 to dry clean this rag. No one called and inquired no one looked at it and thought this is probably shouldn't be dry cleaned. I guess people in Palm Beach dry clean their kitchen rags. We certainly don't. They take way too long to deliver. They do not answer their phone calls. And they charge extraordinarily high prices for their items. We will not be going back to this dry cleaners. I will certainly look for an alternative dry cleaner. read more

Recently had a dress tailored. They said it would be two weeks. Four weeks later the dress was done and half the hem was coming loose. $150.00 for the worst tailing, ever. I took a pair of pants in to have them tailored. The tailor did a great job hence not a one star. But when I looked at the pants they hard pressed them with deep creases which never should have happened-like it was a cheap man's suit pant. The front desk staff blamed the Tailor - I left the pants and 4 days later no one could find them. After multiple calls they finally arrived yesterday. They were sent back to the plant. The creases are so deep they only came out 70%. The pants look awful. I lost my temper. I called to ask for the Manager still no response. I called this a.m. and they said they do not press at the location. So somehow someone pressed these evening pants but the left hand has no idea what the right hand has done. No one will take responsibilty. Last year they lost a dress for a week. They do a good job most of the time but this takes the cake. read more

If I could give them zero starts I would. This business is proof that "more expensive" doesn't mean "better quality". Despite being quoted a few days turn around, weeks and week would go by without hearing a word as to where our clothes were. This was every single time without fail. They also lost my husband's custom made suits not once, not twice, but SIX different times. We were told they mixed things up at their warehouse. Weeks later we would get a phone call to come pick our things up - they didn't even offer to drive it by. Worse, we had custom drapes made. Our poodle was older, and confused. He lifted his leg on the white linen.. we brought the drapery panel into OZO2. They accepted the item and this time said it could take a little longer than usual. I would call weekly asking the status but no one could tell me. Five weeks went by when I finally received a phone call to come in and speak with management. I did so immediately, only to be pushed into signing a document holding OZO2 harmless in the rare instance they damage the drapery panel. I signed it out of desperation as I had company coming in town. I did ask "what is the likelihood of this happening" and the manager (owner I think?) said very, very slim. Maybe less than 10%. I said ok, please go ahead. They returned the drapery panel some weeks later - SIX INCHES shorter than it was when we turned it over to their supposedly expert hands. I would never recommend anyone utilize their services. I've since heard multiple horrifying stories similar to my own. Needless to say, we have never used them again. STAY AWAY. read more

When my inner Joan Crawford saw that I received my clothes in plastic hangers instead of those disgusting wire hangers, it truly jumped for joy. It's very nice to walk into this dry cleaners because it truly smells so nice. They sell a large selection of high quality soaps, scented candles & other fragrances. So walking in there is probably not recommended for those who are very sensitive to many scents or have allergies. Since I don't, I love it. It smells perfect. The girl at the counter is very quick & nice. My clothes look perfect and they use organic cleaning solution. So if you suffer from allergies or more, it's worth it to spend the extra money for good quality cleaning. They are clothes Monday's and clothes at 6pm but they do have a 24 hour drop off. However, I will reiterate how what made me jump like a kid at Christmas was that I didn't get wire hangers. Oh, Joan would be so proud. Lol read more

They shrunk 3 designer dresses and lost a designer jacket. (all St. John) I tried to call them multiple times and the person who answers the phone just says they aren't the person to speak to but they will have someone call me. Bu t nobody has ever returned my call. The only reason I didn't change cleaners after the first couple of instances was that I was working too much to find another one. And when I say they shrunk them, I mean REALLY shrunk them. They used to be at my knees and now they don't cover my rear-end. And I'm 5'8" so that means they shrunk SEVERAL inches. read more

THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF! I spent OVER $700 dry cleaning almost my entire wardrobe with Ozo2 and you would think they would handle my clothes with the utmost care, especially since I was a new customer. They had to redo numerous garments & ruined several items including my leather skirt (looked like it went through the shredder). Never mentioned the damage caused or that some of my items came back worst than when I left them. To add insult to injury when I showed them my damaged items and ask what they would do about it, I was told by the manager Mariette that I signed a waiver and therefore they were not responsible. After pointing out how much money I spent as well as waiting for OVER A MONTH to get some of my clothes, she agreed to reimburse me a little over $70 for my skirt. Two days later I get a phone call from her backpedaling saying she spoke to the owner Irina and that they would only offer $50 in credit for future dry cleaning. This is one of the worst example of the lack of professionalism & customer service. They were aware that the dry cleaning was needed because a contractor working on my house failed to cover the clothing and the battle I was going through with my renovation. You would think they'd be a little more reasonable and empathetic when I'm giving them $700 in business. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this place!!!! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I'll list out why. PROs -#1 pro point is that it's ecofriendly/green. -Great options for free delivery or location-based. -Management and some employees seem to care about customer satisfaction and service. (When there was a quality issue with the cleaning of one of my items, one of the managers had the item picked back up and recleaned at no cost. Cleaned more thoroughly and carefully, it was better but not perfect. Unfortunately to get it fully cleaned would require disassembling and reassembling the garment by a tailor, which did require more payment.) CONs -Pricey. For example, if a garment has any removable pieces, like a dress with a belt, you will be charged each item separately. Even for dresses that have a very thin belt in the exact same fabric as the main dress, and you say they can go ahead and clean it altogether, they will insist on charging for each item; this adds up. -Shifting timelines for when you get your items back. Sometimes they tell you 4 days later, sometimes 2 days later (and I always drop off in the afternoon). -Sometimes rude front desk staff; I've noticed the man/men as rude, and woman/women as nicer. Horrible experience. I was just looking to have a couple jackets dry cleaned and stitching done on one pocket. I was quoted a pick up in five days, which seemed a bit long but thought maybe the stitching adds extra time. I went back they day after my told pick up day. The jacket that needed stitching wasn't ready and hadn't even been started. When I asked why I was told they'd be ready but clearly weren't, they shrugged and said alterations take longer. No apologies of the mis information. I will never go back and have told all that have inquired about dry cleaners to never go there. Absolutely horrible customer service. I rarely do dry cleaning and decided to come by this location after a few times driving by. As soon as I walked in the lady didn't acknowledge she looked for someone else to help me. The Spanish lady with long nails seemed nice and started helping me but then some extremely rude black lady stormed up to me and started yelling at me. Mind you the lady initially saw me and didn't say anything. She called herself a manager but with her attitude I would NEVER promote her to management. Despite the bad experience I still left my shirts. I'm a bit scared of what she might do to them but I will reconsider my 1 star if I come back and they are in good shape. This dry cleaner has ruined clothing and shrunk others. I had three brand new theory tanks $130+ each that they shrunk 2 inches and then they said they could fix them and made them even worse. They are totally ruined. They also shrunk a Vince sweater. They have done nothing to compensate me and haven't even refunded what they charged me to clean the items. They are completely incompetent. I reluctantly switched to this dry cleaner because there is a drycleaner right next-door in the downtown where I live. But I was very concerned about the harsh chemicals in conventional dry cleaning, and even felt my skin itch when I wore newly dry cleaned clothes. Not only do I not feel an itch with Ozo, but I swear the clothes come back in better condition. Usually a dry cleaner beats up the clothes and they get worse over time, sounds familiar? But I swear these clothes look enhanced with every cleaning overtime. They really aren't any more expensive, and they pick up and drop off.
