The store is very cute and it smells good inside with the candles and scents. The prices are good but on a higher end. There are many unique items that you might want to add to your collections. Check your clothing here before purchasing! Their sales rack are items that were DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE. When I returned the next day for a refund, the cashier explained the reason the rack was on sale was because the items were damaged. I would have never assumed damaged pieces were on the racks Luckily the item was cheap but selling damaged goods didn't sit well with me and their strict no refund policy after deceptively selling damaged goods isn't right. Been in here twice now, the first time to awkwardly walk around while waiting for my pizza at Folks... Tons of cute boutiquey stuff. little did i know they were closing, and instead of rushing us out and making us feel like we were an inconvenience, we were all asked if we needed help finding anything. i declined, and not one time was i told "we're past closing" or in any way made to feel like i needed to leave. Eventually, me and the others realized and appologized profusely on our way out the door, but this is wonderful service. A+ on my first drop in. I came in again looking for something specific I had seen the last time, the woman behind the counter knew exactly what it was and pointed me to it. Decided to get some other items instead, and she asked if they were a gift, and offered to wrap them for me! This saved me SO MUCH TIME and was a very nice touch! now i have a very cute little gift bag to go with a very cute little gift. We laughed together about both having lost our wallets recently. I usually like this store but really annoyed with the very strict return policy. I received a gift and was willing to get store credit even though I had the receipt but because I brought it back on the 15th day I'm not able to exchange at all. Not sure if this is same store/owner that I used to pop in rather often a few years back. Today I showed up at 1050am, sign on door says every day open at 10. When I returned after 11 I asked the girl working if they open at 10 or 11 so I know for next time. She said 11. I let her know the sign said 10. She debated me then shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well, COVID. Things are always changing." I didn't point out that the hours are WRITTEN IN CHALK and easy to revise. The UPS driver came in and her attention turned to him quickly. I heard him acknowledge that she's leaving. So I figured that's why she doesn't care to give good customer service or refrain from flirting with the ups guy in front of customers. Good riddance, I thought. Then I heard her say she will be freelancing for the store going forward. I didn't know freelancing is a thing in retail as much as working part time but since she's staying involved in some way, I hope the owner will read this message and address. read more

I love this store!! I go to it every time I'm in the area or in the CAMP. It's a small boutique and their inventory changes pretty often so every time I go, I see something new. Prices are comparable or a bit cheaper that Urban Outfitters. Some pieces are more expensive than others, but I feel like overall it's fair and not very pricey for a small boutique. As another girl shopping next to me said perfectly, "There are lots of unique pieces without being terribly overpriced." Their sale section is pretty limited, and overall their store is limited in sizes. There is only one fitting room, so it will suck if you have to wait to try on some things. Usually there is only one worker as well. Service has varied from helpful to just slightly ignoring each other. I don't really mind when the person working doesn't say anything and just let's me shop in peace and get in and out of there. They use the square credit card reader and you can get your receipt emailed or texted to you. After the 5th visit of using the same credit card, you'll get 10% off! Their return/exchange policy is 30 days to get store credit or to make an exchange... There is no full cash back. read more

Was already at The CAMP and came in here on a whim because of their sales rack. The clothes have a unique quality to them, but overall I think they're a bit pricey. I would come again and shop their sales rack, but I don't know if I could force myself to drop $70 on a dress. The store itself is super cute. It's small, but the layout leaves enough merchandise on display, while not overcrowding it and making it claustrophobic. The employee working there when I came was super sweet and helpful. Anytime I walked out of the dressing room in a piece of their merchandise she always had something to say. While ultimately she was probably trying to persuade me to get to buy stuff, she did offer some helpful insight. Overall, this place is cute to check out if you're in the neighborhood! read more

I was looking for Bridgewater candles... I went to the Bridgewater website and saw that there was a retailer at the CAMP in Costa Mesa. This is an awesome shopping center in Costa Mesa. I arrived at the place at 10:15 in the morning and noticed that they opened at 11. The next closest Bridgewater retailer was 13 miles away so I opted to wait. An hour later whoever was supposed to open the store was not there. I wasted an hour of my time trying to give this establishment money and I came away with nothing. read more

Purre is a place to go for Zen-flavored jewelry, ephemeral clothing, and high-end candles & bath products. Even though the style of jewelry and clothes aren't for me (I'm a jeans, tee shirt & boots person), the store is appealing because it has a relaxed, peaceful vibe. I come to the store because I like the Fringe notebooks they sell. I'm a sucker for awesome paper goods. I'm vaguely intrigued by the felted soap but don't splash out for them because I can make them myself. They also do the occasional offbeat workshop or demonstration. A couple of months back they had a person who did hair braiding. The results were loose braids fashioned into romantic hair styles. Very cool. Recommend. I wouldn't drive out of my way to go to Purre but it's a store I always visit when I go to The Camp. read more

Prices range in this store - some things are more affordable than others. On my first visit I was intrigued because they carried {ONE LOVE ORGANICS} a beauty line that I've used in the past and liked, but have only seen them online. I've already tried the {EASY DOES IT} foaming cleanser and the {LOVE SPRINGS ETERNAL} anti aging serum and I'm a fan of both - particularly the serum. I was able to snag a small sample of the {SKIN SAVIOR} waterless balm and I am hooked. The balm isn't the cheapest, but a little goes a long way. read more

This is a lovely boutique to visit if you are looking for that "flowy" seemingly effortless style. My deduction of stars is for the lack of customer service. The woman working at the time did not greet me or acknowledge my presence at all while I was shopping, even though it is a fairly small shop and I was the only one there at the time. I noticed a similar comment in another review, so it would seem this boutique would be a poor choice for those looking for advice from the staff. I have two problems with this place. #1 - WORST customer service. The clerk was unfriendly and unhelpful. She was talking and texting on her cell phone the whole time - even when I had a question about sizes and different colors. When the girl didn't hang up her cell phone when I was talking to her, I decided not to spend my money there. Please take your hard earned money where employees are respectful enough to take personal calls during their own private time. #2 - RIP OFF. $36 for a tank top I saw at Forever 21 for $12.00. Most of the clothing and accessories at Purre is clearly purchased from sweatshop manufacturers in Los Angeles. Don't get ripped off. Go elsewhere. read more

Really cute store. I signed up for a paper flower making class that happen to be at this location, so we got to shop before and after the class. The store is small but cute, and I liked a lot of the clothing options that they had. The accessories were also great. My understanding is that their selection rotates quickly, so I made sure to buy the things that I wanted that night. My favorite was a jumper that I now love. This is literally the only time I've written a bad review for a store, so it's really saying something. I don't live near the OC but I was in town & I got a ring there yesterday. It broke almost immediately & the girl working (who was distracted the whole time) told me I could return it within 30 days when I bought it. I'm leaving OC today & I got to the store at 9:30am, but it said it opened at 10am. I waited for AN HOUR. Still not open.
