Jasper Plum... Oh my goodness. I have gone to 100s of boutiques for my shopping needs and when I tell you this place is AMAZING I mean it. First and foremost, the costumer service was 10/10. (Super friendly and inviting) The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "hello" and "can I help you with something" as soon as I said "yes, please" It felt as though I was given a personal stylist. I tried on about 10 dresses and I usually hate the way 50% of things look on my body type. I LOVED every single thing I tried on. (Which is crazy to me because I just had a baby a few months ago and haven't been feeling super confident) The clothes are great quality and yes you're going to pay a little more than your run-of-the-mill fashion stores, but you get what you pay for. You're also helping a SMALL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! The material is amazing, true to size and fits perfectly. Overall amazing. I never ever rate any business but I had to this once. Love dropping by here every time I'm at the District! They always have new styles and trending pieces. This place is owned by women and I love the energy of everyone working here! Also, check out their Instagram which is always on point ! Their posts help me style my outfits. One thing that is tough is that sometimes they're low on sizes for the popular items. Don't bother. I shop almost exclusively at boutiques for my clothes nowadays because I've learned over time that the clothes fit better and last longer. It is also possible to find reasonable prices and the customer service is usually pretty awesome. NOPE AND NOPE for this place. I walked in, I was the only customer in the store, and the gal didn't even say hi. Didn't even acknowledge my presence. The clothes are ok, but SUPER expensive. I usually go to Nectar, which is waaay more affordable, the girls at the register always say hi and see if I need anything in particular (I know it's to increase sales but it IS helpful) and the clothes are just as cute if not cuter. Skip Jasper Plum. There is nothing about this place that is worth it. read more

I'll start off by saying that I loved this store and have been shopping here since it opened. Cute clothes and reasonable prices! However, a few days ago I had the worst experience here. I'm well aware of store's return policy. However there is a MAJOR difference when it comes to returning an item that is on sale (which you can't do) and exchanging and item that you used a 20% off coupon that was handed to you as you walked in the store. The owners daughter was so rude and insisted that I read the bottom of the receipt multiple times. I understand that it is stressful times, but this interaction was not handled appropriately. It's a little boutique and they have everything from casualwear to a little dressier they have loungerie and the cutest bathing suit! But most of all they have the best customer service the employees will go above and beyond to help you. My best experience so far has been with Alexa she was so helpful when I was in a bind, I went in and I really needed some thing that I had to wear at that moment and I couldn't go to the house so Alexa literally helped me pick everything from undergarments to my actual outfit ,actually two outfits. She went above and beyond and I'm so grateful! Thid is like a really nice store really cute clothes and great customer service the prices are reasonable and the quality is great! Terrible customer service, inconsistent hours, and cheaply made overpriced clothes. They lie about the return policy, saying you'll be able to return it for a full refund and then changing it to store credit when you try. Not to mention standard return policy for almost everywhere is 30 days but theirs is 14. And on top of all that, they're rude about it. Avoid at all costs. read more

Love this store! I come here all the time :) They change their clothes every Wednesday so please come in. It's a family owned business and everyone I have met so far is amazingly sweet. The prices are so much cheaper here than elsewhere because they get straight from the vendors without those middle men. I LOVE shopping here. They are soo nice and I am always greeted with a warm welcome. The clothes here are sooo cute and at a very reasonable price. They get new items every week and they are kid friendly (coloring books and crayons) I was having such a hard time with my kiddos and when they pulled out those coloring books I was able to shop more comfortably!
