Then the employee began berating me over the phone that I had called to ask that because he can't see the issue before I hung up. Now I understand things come up and any type of work can take longer than initially thought but I work every day and needed a rough idea of how long they normally take to know if I needed to take off of work, which i explained to the employee and made clear I was not asking for a price or a firm answer. This is my second experience here and it was enough to ruin it. I don't know how to fix a car, that's why I called a mechanic whose whole job is fixing the car, I don't expect to essentially be picked on by the employees.

Glad my truck broke down then because the mechanic here is great. He diagnosed the problem before I even parked. He took the time to explain what was happening and what it would take to repair it.
