I went with Auto Movers USA because 1) they have great reviews on BBB and 2) they gave a SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper quote than all the other companies. I even got to fill my car up with under 100lb of items at no extra cost. Not to mention, they were able to give a 2-day window for pickup instead of 4. This was perfect for me, as I was looking to get it picked up on an exact day and they were able to do just that. Both Sanjin and Karen were friendly and pretty to quick to get back to me about any questions. My only complaint was that I wish there was a bit more communication throughout the process, they only let you know the night before for pickup and dropoff times. Overall, I'd recommend going with Auto Movers USA, they seem to be one of the more trustworthy and affordable options on the market.

While we have been shipping both our cars to and from Naples for 7-8 years, we found Young's a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Their drivers are courteous, their service is reliable and our vehicles have arrived in excellent condition. They make pickup and delivery of our vehicles seamless and will provide transportation to and from the airport when we depart or arrive, sometimes delivering the vehicle directly to us upon our arrival at the airport. We found Young's after an all too typical experience dealing with a transport company that doesn't own any trucks. Each experience became more difficult until our vehicle disappeared for nearly a week with little communication. They kept telling us it would be the next day, knowing full well, that was impossible. On day 5, we threatened to report it stolen, it was delivered on day 6 and we never recovered the cost of a rental car for the week. Young's takes the stress out of shipping your vehicles and highly recommend them.

A 3-day trip took 8 days and I had to handle 75% of the details... And of course, "We offer no refunds for late transports." Each reference spoke very highly of Wes and his business, stating how friendly, professional, and flexible he was with scheduling and delivery their car without incident. Wes's son, Ryan is in his early 30's and does the drive aways on the west coast, while his father, Wes, handles the east coast driveaways. Ryan was very friendly and communicative, texting me at least an hour before his arrival to my house to pick up my car, and he allowed me to fill my trunk with clothes and the back of my Audi A5 Cabriolet with packaged plates and stemware. He also texted me along his journey to Florida to let me know how things were going. Once he arrived in Florida, he sent me another text to let me know and included a picture of my car (undamaged) which put my mind at ease. The week of pick-up we had not heard a thing from Chris about when the car would be picked up. I made multiple calls and texts to Chris and finally heard from him the day before pick-up. Said he was waiting for driver to let him know when he would get car. Very Long story short- driver never showed, had to find alternate option with no notice- which had to paid much more. Chris never returned my $150 deposit- even though he said he would. Not ethical, poor service, no response to calls and text. I would never use this company.
