I can honestly say that the response to my concern about their concrete truck leaking oil all over my driveway was the worst version on public relations I have ever seen. I will be happy to elaborate on the details of their negligence, but I doubt they will have the balls, nor care enough to even respond. You're only as good as your worst employee, but this seems to start at the top and cascade right through the whole company. I feel sorry for people that wind up becoming victims of this rinky dink operation. read more

We were referred to P & L Concrete by Mark at AAA Septic INC. Mark said they are a great source of septic tank risers. Having done our homework with what we needed to purchase for 2 sets, Barbara helped us complete our transaction. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and so patient. We had no prior experience doing this and left knowing we had been in good hands. Her suggested way of doing the install was terrific. More businesses should be like P & L Concrete! They have wonderful employees and great products. We will be back to visit their nursery soon. Visit with them for all your septic tank riser needs, they're great!!! read more

So rude and inconsiderate! My neighbor is getting a pool and a man working for this company decided to block all of my trash cans with his truck on trash day. I kindly asked him to move his truck up so that the garbage truck wouldn't pass my house and said no. Ok so if you are close to shop here it's great for all landscaping needs they have rocks trees plants of all types. You can rent trailers to haul the goodies you buy bark rock or whatever. Lots of wife type stuff you know the decorations and what nots but I do like how quickly they help and the concrete is average prices. Kinda off the main road behind Main Street market. read more

Found this garden center tucked away down one of the back streets in Escalon. it is a side street off of McHenry Ave in Escalon. It has a lot of concrete fountains and the like. Then I went into the little shop and immediately spied a beautiful bird fountain. Then I went into the garden area and it was filled with goodies. Bought three 1 gallon plants, the fountain and several other goodies for our sunroom. They have clinics on various gardening topics. They will also make an arrangement for you if you bring in your planters. How cool is that! Will definitely be back to this lovely place during the spring when the plants are blooming. Friendly staff and some lovely finches and canary in the gardening shop. Glad I went exploring today! read more

UNPROFESSIONAL. They bring their huge concrete truck to a residential street at 6am. The workers are yelling and making noise. They wake up the entire street. No apologies. Maybe they should read up on the noise ordinance codes. read more

Small place but it will exceed your expectations! The ladies in the office are sweet and informative and I always get help from the young man in a bright yellow shirt, ask for Travis! He always helps me put away whatever I bought in my car or digs to the bottom of the barrel for a rock I just have to have. My husband comes here often for concrete for our side yard, & dirt and rocks for whatever else we need to do in our yard. Affordable prices and great atmosphere! Thanks p&l!! read more
