After learning that a neighbor had used this company , I thought I'd give them a try ! We needed some rock delivered for a project. I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable lady who was able to tell me exactly how many yards of rock I'd need, quoted a price, and set up delivery for the next morning! I was also able to pay for it online which was very convenient! The driver called early the next morning and let us know that he'd be arriving soon. I bought what was suppose to be a tulip tree. Well it ended up being a bush and would get buds BUT NEVER BLOOMED.I called them 2 different times the man I talked to said it will take a year before buds bloom. Not! Made it super easy for a not so experienced gal to come out to their yard, addressed all my needs fast and successful. In less than 30 minutes the guys gave me a little tour of their rock, flagstone and fire pit kits. Helped to square my yardage to a T, place my order and delivered my product at my convenience. So, we went to multiple nurseries around the Modesto, riverbank and Oakdale area and were very disappointed with the service and selection. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I went expecting to have the same disappointing experience..but it was the complete opposite! Fist, we were greeted as soon as we pulled up. The staff is beyond warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We let them know what our back yard goal is and they provided us with everything we were looking for. We ended up getting way more than we were planning to for way less than we expected. I can't say how amazing the staff is. They delivered super fast and went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Also, the lady at the nursery was sooo patient and provided so many tips. I can honestly say it was an amazing experience and can't wait to go back! We are still in the process of finishing our back yard and I'm actually looking forward to visiting them again!! read more

Sooo... I revisited calif. Landscape. I went back to buy some plants for gifts for family that I will be visiting over the Fourth of July weekend. I was. Greeted with a smile by Sydney. When I went inside to pay for my purchase, there she was, Breanna( I hope that I spelled her name correctly.) The employee who I originally had forgotten her name. I called and asked if they handled decomposed granite as I thought it would be nice for a large area I store my fifth wheel in. I gave them the dimensions of the area and asked how thick it should be installed. Ryan informed me I would need 42 yards at 3" thick. I then asked if they carried brown fine bark, and was very happy to find out I could do a one stop shop. Their price was very good and the delivery was first thing in the morning. The driver asked where to drop it and said he would take care of it. He quickly dumped the 7 yards of bark and asked if I needed anything else. The service was awesome. I came across CA landscape on CL. I was looking into purchasing a huge amount of DG(decomposed granite). I gave them a call and I spoke with Nick(the owner?) he was very professional, so helpful and very knowledgeable. Since I live in Danville which is 3 hrs away, RT I had to pay more on the delivery. However, Nicks price was still so much lower compared to our local landscape suppliers. Not only that, the customer service is like day and night. In Danville, because of the affluent neighborhood, this suppliers feels like they're doing me a favor. I ended up purchasing 2,100 sqft of sod too and not just the Special mixed in DG fr California Landscape Supply. Nicks was always checking on how the delivery was and always updating me on the time of deliveries. I just wish that they're much closer to me so I can just purchase fr them.
