Kevin responded that he had other things to do and I could call him back when I figured out what I wanted to do. This is not a place that we received my business after that kind of interaction. We don't know what somebody else is going through and I just happen to be surviving cancer and so when I said I didn't have the mental capacity I truly did not have the mental capacity because I was in a cognitive fog. Kevin could have been much kinder and said OK understand that you're not ready to reschedule at this time but please give us a call back when you are and we we look forward to doing business with you. A response like that would have received a call from either of my husband or myself with a couple dates and a couple times in mind. That would've been a company we would enjoy doing business with. However the brashness turned us off. Instead, I thought Kevin was rather rude and liked compassion or that even the need to understand or work with a customer so that's just concerning to me. Again, not all of us are performing at our best in the evening and certainly not well, especially those dealing with cancer and ongoing cancer treatments.
