He had asked if we preferred certain other professionals involved in the process, i.e. plumber; electrician; painter that we preferred. We loved our electrician from Royal Plus and painters who had done our cathedral ceiling, so that was left out of the bid. We selected tiles and vanity, picked out fixtures from Elegant Designs, and he arranged the installation of all that as well as the glass shower inclosure. Once we knew what we wanted, from gutting the bathroom to installation, it was a 2 week process (glass doors got hung up). We are happy campers, and will do business with them if the need arises.

Then I met Jim Endean and my search was over. I gave him my wish list and he had plenty of ideas and options that just worked for me. He let me pick out counter tops, flooring and bathroom tiles and then he would suggestion other styles. His ideas were so much better than mine! My new home is beautiful and just the way I hoped it would look. Jim is truly a genius with style that fit me perfectly. He also has a team of experienced implementation staff that makes stress of construction almost painless. His project manager, Tony Bistoto was great. He gave me a timeline of each project and pretty much kept that schedule despite the snow. If I called him, he returned the call within the hour. He was so easy to work with. He dropped by just about every morning to talk about that day's activities. Quality of their work was excellent and they cleaned up each day. I also dealt with Jessica Jacochimoski to purchase a set French doors to replace cheap sliders. The door was measured and installed by Greg Marshall. The door fit perfectly in the existing opening. Just opening it you tell it's high quality and will last for years. The locking mechanism makes both sides of the door secure and there is no way someone could get in my home. The project took about 2 months and I spoke with Carla Maull in accounts payable as payments were made electronically. Anytime I asked for a recap of expenses she responded that day. Lastly I would like to tell you that this whole experience was wonderful. There were no surprise extra expenses and there was daily stream of workers. Even my neighbors commented on trucks in the driveway. lol. Customer service was excellent at every level. I strongly recommend BSD if you are planning any renovations to your home.
