This was about a $850 project. Well these guys gave me a decent price to get me in the door. After a week of sitting in the same spot and no response, I went up there and he told me some bogus story stating the transmission needed to be rebuilt for $3500. I don't even think they looked at it. I could sense that he was feeding me a lie. So I got it towed to another transmission shop, who fixed the original problem for the $850. It didn't need to be rebuilt! They said it was normal wear and tear. I've been driving just fine for about three weeks now. There is a reason it looks like a vehicle graveyard in that place... is because nobody's vehicle is getting worked on, they are just sitting. The original owner built up a great reputation, the current staff has ran it into the ground. I hate to think of the people that they have taken advantage of over the years. These people are a prime example of why mechanics have a horrible reputation.

That shop had it done in a week, no issues. Now it's driving like it should've been from the start. I don't usually leave reviews, especially bad ones--but this needed to be said. After everything I was told about their "rebuild" and the money I spent, I expected a whole lot better. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere that stands behind their work.

There was a slight mishap when pulling out of the service bay and they ran over the safety cone. However it didn't do any damage. They were apologetic and even put on my receipt that it happened and I could take my car somewhere to be looked at independently. They have my trust and we even brought our other car back a couple of days later to be serviced.

They checked my air filter and told me I didn't need a new one. Yay for honesty because I would've never known the difference! They also replaced one of my tag lights for an additional $8. My total bill was about $80, including that $8 light, which is still more than I pay at the place I normally go to, but not enough to really make a difference.

I paid 5634.03From Statefarm plus 500 dollar deductible all in total amounted to 6134.03. The parts that were put on the vehicle were rusted about the back passenger door and front end the bumper and fender the is a 2 inch gap between. The paint is two different colors. The front passenger door is not set on the hinges properly, the back passenger door has the rubber coming off block the door from being able to shut properly. not a Statefarm approved repair shop. Inside trunk all the old parts that were replaced in the placed inside of my trunk. I am baffled by the lack of effort put into the vehicle. Upon time to pick and pay I voiced my complaints, and asked why it looked like that .The owner told me that "we are only doing what we were paid to do." Overall my complaints were on deaf ears.
