The car looks like a circus freak. I was told the mechanic didn't have time to finish them and I would need to come back another day when he wasn't as busy. I had called a shop the night before and asked about the repair and was quoted about $45 for labor. While visiting Robertsdale, I made a two calls. The manager at Pepboys said to come in and he would take a look. John greeted me when I walked in. He was busy with a customer and said he would be right with me. He asked for the key and pulled it into the bay. About 15 minutes later, he handed me back my key and said you're all set. I was a little shocked! This was by far the best treatment I have ever experienced at a repair shop. There was no charge for the repair. I figured it was a Friday before the 4th and that they had just closed early. I needed this looked at so I called the store in Daphne Al and someone answered and had mentioned he just talked to someone at the robertsdale location. I then told him what we noticed on the car and he suggested we bring it in to have it looked at. We were told that something was loose and that our oil filter was faulty. All fixed and we feel better now after having it looked at In Daphne.
