We had our metal roof installed only 3 years ago and it started leaking last year. Apparently they…read morenever installed ice stops and the ice pushed our vents and caused leaks through our stove vent. (This caused mold which meant we had to renovate our entire kitchen. That cost $18,000!) We did our best to calk it in the meantime for an immediate fix. Sure enough, it started leaking again into our new kitchen! When we called them about it as the roof is warranteed, the woman who answered the phone referred us to some guy named Toby who used to work with them. He gave us a ridiculous price of $1600.00 to fix the leak and install the ice stops that should have been installed to begin with! We specifically went with Burke's because of the guarantee that the dad, the founder of the company, assured us of when he came out to quote. Apparently the son does not uphold the guarantee and quality that the company earned its reputation on. I still have my paperwork with the guarantee. I want my roof to not leak. I'd rather give my lawyer $1600.00 to get them to stand by their work than to pay some dude named Toby. Their guarantee is garbage. Go with someone else. Edit: 09/25/23 I just received a phone call from Sheryl Burke stating that our problem was from a lack of "maintenance" not their work, therefore they could come out and quote us to do what is needed to fix the leak but that they are more expensive than the quote I got recently. I informed her that this is not an issue of maintenance when they, the roofing professionals, never informed us that we needed additional hardware for a leak-free roof. We assumed that they, the professionals, would know what our roof needed and would include all of this at the time of quote and install. She tried to insinuate that we haggled over price, going with a cheaper option, (we didn't) and she stated that Zach didn't do the work, his dad Mark did. Wrong again, Sheryl. Mark quoted it in June and Zach did it in October. The bottom line: don't trust them to do what is needed, don't trust them to inform you of what is needed, and certainly don't trust them to stand by their assurance of a leak-free roof.

The only complaints I have is they forgot floor trim in living room and toilet is missing the snaps that go on bottom of toilet. I felt the bill was a bit on expensive side i estimated labor at a little over 200 dollars an hour for both him and his worker. However very nice fellas and they did do a good job and took on unforseen challenges along the way (with However a cost).

Contracted with Canyon Springs to level out and slope our yard away from the house last September…read more I was told they would bring in loam to reach railroad ties as the back of the property. The loan ended about 10 feet short of the railroad ties and the there are still low spots that fill with water. Half the lawn the grass grew and half didn't. I emailed a follow up with a picture and was told "Let's see how it drains." Followed that up with another email which I never received a response to. I will now have to spend additional money to fill the low spots they didn't and reseed half the lawn. Would not recommend this company.

My experience with King Pine and the installation process was honestly better than expected. Zac and the guys showed up on time. They were efficient, respectful and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I was impressed that even though they were the sub contractors hired to do the job, they made sure I knew they directly stand behind their work if anything should come up in the first year. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
