I used to love this place and their happy hour specials, Tuna wontons (3) for $5 and their Curry bowl was absolutely to die for! Year after year corporate has ruined this place. The happy hour specials are nothing special, and the curry disappeared (it could be made vegan), which was HUGE for me! Lettuce wraps are just getting old, and better happy hour tapas and drinks and more good veggie options, even the almond chicken my kids' love loved has disappeared. The food was not good. The only thing I enjoyed eating was the miso soup. The spring rolls had an off taste and were very soggy. The kung pao chicken was not good. Not spicy. Very underwhelming and unseasoned. I ended up leaving so much because I could barely eat it. I really enjoyed the two martinis I got!! Lychee and a cosmo. Very very good! I would give them a 3.5 it's just hard figuring out to put it in the 3 or 4 category. The sushi was pretty good but the entrees were just okay. Pretty lacking in flavor but not the end of the world. Great trip in. We had Jack as our server this time. Had a nice booth and were attended immediately. We ordered quite a bite because we showed up super hungry. Started off with pork egg rolls & dumplings. The pork egg rolls were only ok and I'm gonna be honest $18 for 2 egg rolls is a total rip. Do better PF Chang's. The dumplings were in a peanut chili sauce and there were good .. but I think next time I will ask for that sauce to be on the side because there was quite a bit of the chili and it over powered the flavor of the dumpling. We ordered the shrimp lo mein, veggie fried rice, Mongolian trio, kung pao chicken & honey shrimp. Oddly enough our order fell behind (restaurant was almost empty) and our food was somehow delayed so it took a while to come out, once it did I was surprised at the lack of sauce on the items. Our lo mein was almost dry which made it pretty flavorless, the Mongolian trio a lot of the meat pieces weren't fully sauced & the veggie fried rice was also lacking in flavor which is very un like the meals I've had here in the past. We did ask for & were brought extra sauces however part of the meal prep is those sauces being cooked INTO THE FOOD & being heated into the food WHILE ITS BEING COOKED so that it's (obviously) cooking in the flavor. It made the food better but I felt like For the extra wait and the prices charged this shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. I was very disappointed to be the one sitting at my table adding in sauces mixing making sure my food is properly sauced & coated ... that's not my job, that's the kitchens job. The bill was $160 we paid & tipped but I will be honest I'm not sure about a return trip which saddens me because this was once one of my favorite places. read more

Our server, Erika, was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Friendly, outgoing, bubbly, energetic, funny, great communication - she made at least half of the experience! Dim lights and a cozy booth made for great atmosphere! We originally intended on eating at another nearby restaurant but it was closed unexpectedly and we were pleased to be seated without much wait. Food was delicious as always. We started with cocktails, Rising Dragon and Shanghai Southside (the latter which will most definitely become my new at-home cocktail go-to), and apps, Northern Style Spare ribs and a surprise addition of BBQ Pork Spare Ribs which were made for us by a happy little accident, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed!!! Next, I ordered my usual, Crispy Honey Chicken. My husband decided to try something new, Ma Po Tofu, which was SO good. Light crisp, perfect amount of spice, and I loved how they were chopped into smaller pieces! Sauce was really tasty and broccoli was soft but crunchy - made to perfection! May very well become my new fave! Even though we were incredibly full (and Erika was gracious enough to box up our extras) we finished with the Banana Spring Rolls and I was so happy we didn't skip out! The accompanying coconut ice cream was heavenly and an excellent pairing for each perfectly sliced banana bite! I hadn't been here in several years, but had an appointment in the area, so decided to stop. Just happened to be "Happy Hour". Nice afternoon so I asked for seating on the patio. Very nice - all in "red"! (Red means "good luck" in Chinese culture) Very nice view of the mountains and the "Thunderbird's" were practicing for tomorrow's Air Force Academy graduation. It's been years since I've been to this restaurant in Hawaii so it was great to see they had a location in the Springs. My twin and I celebrated our birthday here on a Saturday night and they were so kind to take a reservation for our big party. We got seated shortly after arriving. We all took advantage of the chef's feast, which starts at $20/person. It includes a soup or salad, one appetizer to share and an entree. We also enjoyed the banana spring rolls for dessert. Not a great experience. Our server took 15 minutes to acknowledge us at our table and didn't apologize. He then had no knowledge of vegetarian alternatives or what was in several of the sauces. He was slow and didn't have many F's to give. The crispy green beans were pretty good and the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of just 2. My buddha bowl lacked flavor though and there rogue pieces of meat in it but since our server was already neglectful I didn't bring it to his attention. Don't think I would go back because of this! The seating is also kind of a bummer since it's just a giant open space of small tables all crammed in like sardines. read more

Very pleased with this location, service and food. As soon as I sat down, I knew I was craving the lettuce wrap, and it hit the spot. My server was very attentive, and when he saw I was running low on lettuce offered to bring me more. The dynamite sushi roll definitely has some kick to it. If you're not a spice fan, I'd avoid this one, but if you are you'll be very happy with it. Believe it or not I had to take a little bit of both of these home with me. Came here with some family for New Year's Eve. I had my reservations about them since the last time I went to one it was mid at best. Reporting years sicnce and my overall opinion has not changed. Let me say that service is amazing. The hostess and server were attentive, friendly, and practically perfect. So this isn't a knock on the FOH or the BOH. It's just the food. I get it's a chain, but my god... please update the recipes or something. It's always so bland. The best part of the meal was the wonton soup which isn't saying much. My table ordered spicy shrimp, kung pao beef, and orange chicken and there was negative spice in each dish. Like I said, the best flavor was in the wonton soup which was very mild. I never choose to come here of my own accord, and truthfully, I hope to never return. But this location has a fantastic staff, but terrible recipes. It's a shame. read more

We had an excellent experience here a couple of weeks ago, which was our first time in over eight years. The chicken lettuce wraps are incredible and it's the first time I've ordered lettuce wraps anywhere when there was exactly the right ratio of lettuce leaves to chicken mixture! The special meal deal is really worth it! I thought the wonton sesame salad was good but kind of a lot of dressing that leaned toward spicy to my taste, but it was fun to try. Generous amount of wontons, though! My husband was surprised that his hot and sour soup had chicken in it. The sesame chicken was delicious. I was really happy it had a lot of fresh crisp/tender veggies in it instead of just the chicken and sauce. I ate a lot and still had half left to take home- that's something I love. My husband was able to do the same with his lo mein and thought it tasted even better the next day! Our server Hilary was excellent! She got answers to my picky eater questions for me and was pleasant and friendly, timely and on top of everything. I felt especially appreciative of her good service. I do try to stick to eating at non- chains when possible but this was a really good experience with generous portions, good prices, great service and delicious food so I will be back for sure. read more

We were seated at 5:30pm. It took 1hr 15 minutes to receive our food. About the food, I ordered Mongolian beef. It was like warm at best. I've had beef jerky that chewed easier than that. I was staying across the street in a hotel and ordered take-out. The food was honestly nasty. The crab cheese wontons smelled (and tasted like old fish) I dumped them all in the trash. The fried rice had very gristley pieces of meat that had to be picked out. And the hot and sour soup was a very gelatinous lump with no flavor. Everything very very disappointing , especially considering I spent $92!!! It makes me sick to think about that. The only thing edible was the chili green beans. Stay away. Unfortunately, I wanted Mongolian Beef and a Large Thai Peanut Chicken salad. I always eat at PF Changs and never get Uber Eats but last night I couldn't leave the house. So I order these two items: I barely got any Mongolian Beef (wished I took a picture) then just went to eat my Large salad which cost me $25.00 with the chicken. Do you see that little splash of dressing on the chicken? that is all the dressing that was provided. My order was over 54.77 before fees and tip. Never again, my advice is to eat at the establishment. No I couldn't get a refund or any money off of my order. I had one of the worst visits to P. F. Chang's ever! We arrived at the restaurant and asked for a table for four adults plus a child and they gave us a table that didn't fit all. We had to change tables. We ordered and one of the dishes came after about 20 minutes while three others took about one hour and the remaining one almost 80 minutes. After all the wait my rice was cold and dry and my Mongolian beef was hard and cold as well. The "special' that we ordered took forever, and when we were about to give up the manager came to apologize. He was piloted and replaced my dish but by then the experience was ruined. Afterwards, two of us felt sick. We didn't even get refills for our water for about one hour... Despite the late willingness from the manager to make it right and the discounts he gave, we won't go back! read more

We ordered delivery on my birthday via PF Chang's app. Couldn't find a way to get a birthday dessert on the app. No big deal. We picked up the food with no problems. The food was great but my mom's order was wrong. I called the location and they were ready to fix the mistake asap. Except, we already started drinking our wine and didn't want to drive. The manager sent my mom a gift certificate, to more than cover the dish she originally ordered, right away. This is good business! We will be ordering here again. read more

Due to dietary sensitivities, I ordered the honey shrimp thinking it would be the least spicey and salty of all other options on the menu. Was I wrong. It was HOT, too hot, burn your mouth hot. When I asked the waitress if I was imagining the heat, she said "no, after they cook it they pour a hot pepper/chili sauce all over it. We've had good meals here, but now I would almost would give Chang's 2 stars. Our server was great, so will mention that. For starters, they have moved the statues off the floor with only one on the right side of the restaurant. Where is the ambiance, anymore? We ordered Hot & Sour soup, 2 main courses & 1 veggie. As always (thank goodness) the soup was great. We ordered Teriyaki Beef, a fried shrimp dish & Budda's Feast. All 3 were tasteless with barely any sauce. I think they used to put lots of sauce in their dishes? The broccoli was very al dente & was cut in large chunks which is very hard to eat. If we go back, it will be for soup & possibly lettuce wraps. We'll be going to Pei Wei to see if that is better. It's a shame that our town of 750,000+ doesn't have a good local Chinese restaurant. I just read that China Town downtown will be closing the end of this year. :-( read more

My bill still had the charge and I spoke to the manager to revise my bill, which she did. I felt she was unsympathetic. I will not go back there again. My family and I dined in today around 5pm. We were seated by the restrooms and I wish I remembered our servers name but she wasn't attentive or very friendly from the start. We ordered pretty fast and food came out quick too but after that, our server was no where to be found. We had been waiting for over 15 minutes at this point trying to find her and ask for take out boxes and our check and when she finally did come around, she just dropped it at our table and walked off and was never seen again. I've had many years serving at restaurants and working in the service industry and I always want to give people grace during their shifts.
