Haven't ate here in years but I was disappointed. They were a little busy when I arrived but was seated within 10 mins. The restaurant is dimly lit so it gives cozy vibes. We ordered the Chefs Feasts. Both people get a soup or salad, one appetizer to share and two entrées. I had the house salad and we shared the crab wontons, which were really good. I ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice as my entrée. It was all really tasty. It was also half off bottles of wine, so we ordered a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir. Love a good deal! I docked a star because the bathroom smelled like sewage. That should be addressed asap. Other than that, I have no issues and I will definitely be back because there are a few entrées on the menu that I want to try. read more

We ordered some of our favorites and they were all delicious! Highly recommend the black pepper filet and the butter cake!! Our "usuals" the kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef and the sesame chicken: super tasty and the chicken was so tender with deep flavors! I usually love P.F. Chang's, and my go-to is always the Dynamite Shrimp--I order it so often I basically have the taste memorized. Unfortunately, the airport version was not the same. The shrimp came out super dry and just didn't have the flavor/texture I expect. I also ordered the Strawberry Cucumber Lemonade, which was fine, but nothing special--pretty standard and not noticeably better than what you'd get at a regular P.F. Chang's. Service was okay, not spectacular, but I'm guessing that's the airport pace. Overall, this one felt like a watered-down version of the restaurant experience. read more

Got carry out today, first time trying this location! The food was hot and came quickly tasted amazing! The ribs were sauced properly and had very little fat on them! I've been to a few P.F. Chang's and this one twice now, but honestly it has been a couple years since my last visit. I haven't been there since I switched my diet to plant based (vegan) so we decided to give it another try since the allergen menu had some vegan options. I only ended up getting the edamame, spring rolls (which I now question if they had dairy), and Buddha's feast (which was not my first choice). The edamame was cooked fine not over or under done, the spring rolls were okay not really too much flavor, and that also was the same as my main dish Buddha's feast which also had very large chunks of broccoli which was hard to eat with just a fork and chopsticks. The rest of my family said their food was good. Our server was pretty friendly and very attentive but there was confusion and the menu and what was vegan. P.F. Chang's online allergen menu had their tofu as okay, and their spring rolls as having dairy. He was not sure about that so he went and checked with the kitchen. He came back and said that the spring rolls were fine but that the tofu wasn't because it was battered in egg. So we alter our choices. At the end of our meal he asked how it was and we said good but then he said oh did that have tofu in it too, and we said yes (we thought it might have been altered so we could eat it). He looked concerned and went and checked with the person who trains on the menu and said that we were okay that they just fry the tofu with no batter. As you can understand this turned out to be a not as enjoyable dining experience as I was hoping for. As for the ambiance, overall it was nice. The place looked clean, it has a cool bar area, the decor is nice, but it was a little bit loud with the music for the amount of patrons that were there and the lighting was automatic or something because it kept going up and down which was a bit odd. In summary, if you are eating plant based/vegan double or triple check to see if it's okay to eat (thinking about it I am still not sure about the spring rolls). But if you're not eating that way I am sure that you will have a decent experience. read more

What happened to this place? Noon on a weekday and there are 3 tables. I had a reward to use so I picked up MP Tofu with brown rice. The MP tofu was nothing like MP tofu; the tofu was fried and one big clump. There was barely any sauce. The rice was dry and tasted like 1-day old rice reheated in the microwave without a damp paper towel. Ugh. The broccoli (not pictured) was cut into humungous pieces. I wasn't sure how to eat them in a civilized manner with just chopsticks. The broccoli was also overcooked/ not fresh and not in my photo because I threw it out! I hate wasting food but it was not edible. I will not be back. read more

Haven't been here in awhile as over the last couple years, the value for the price has diminished. We thought we'd give it another try today. Ordered through the app (no issues). When I got to the store, had a bunch of staff make eye contact but walk past without asking if I needed help while I stood trying to figure out where the carry out stand was. Got the food home and the chicken in my wife's chicken lettuce wraps was burned. Drive back to the restaurant and the person who helped me, when they remade the dish said "if it's not right, you can bring it back", as if I would come back a third time. No apology. Won't be back for a long time, if ever. Update - I got frustrated enough that I called and talked to the manager. Long story short, he ended up refunding the cost of the item. I normally like P.F Chang's but I was not impressed with this particular location. I stood by the server, stand for several minutes before the server decided to stroll up and see me. She was pretty slow to take my order. I got a lunch portion, broccoli, beef, and it was a huge disappointment. The beef was really overcooked to a point where almost was like jerky. The broccoli was also really overcooked. I got the lettuce wraps also. The Romain lettuce was kind of old. And the hot Sauer soup was really pretty bland. It's a nice enough place inside, but they had their lunch special sign outside right in front of the door, which was kind of dumb. I had to walk around it to get in the door. Anyway, it'll be a while before I give this place to try again. read more

We had a 6:30 PM reservation on Christmas Eve, but when we arrived the entrance was packed with families--many of whom also had reservations. We were told it would be a 30-minute wait to be seated and another 45 minutes for food, which defeats the purpose of making a reservation. Every table was full... this raises the question of whether they overbooked reservations or were seating walk-ins ahead of people with reservations. This isn't the first time we've had major delays at this location, one time our food took a long time as they were prioritizing take out orders over the people in the restaurant. Management needs to figure this out. This ruined our Christmas Eve dinner. read more

In from out of town for Holiday Season. Had a large family event to attend and it was time sensitive. Placed an online order for P.F. Chang's hours before the event for a family catered dinner and paid for it and got the email confirmation. I arrived to pickup my meal (which is close to $200) and upon arriving my food is not there and they don't have my name. I check my email and find out my order was cancelled (15 mins prior to my arrival) due to it changing from lunch to dinner menu. Note: the online menu didn't specify any certain menu to order from or have an option for lunch or dinner. Had to wait over an additional hour, which caused the family to be late to the scheduled event. Was given no real explanation how or why my order was cancelled & given zero compensation for my wasted time and told to contact corporate. read more

We've been to a couple of other locations that have been very good, so when we found out a location was fairly close to us, we started ordering online from the Haggerty Rd restaurant. While it was really good several years ago, service recently has been spotty. For instance, three times now I have ordered and paid for extra egg on my fried rice. I received almost no egg the last two times. It's as if the cook didn't bother to read the order at all. There was one visit where we had ordered egg drop soup and never received it. Since we have to drive twenty minutes each way to get our food, we weren't going to drive back in to get it. I called the manager and asked for a refund for the soup, and he told me he would put my name on a list and that next time we came in, just mention it to the server and they would credit that meal. Well, we tried to collect that, but were told they didn't see our refund on the list. From now on, we're going to plan on going to the Ann Arbor location (another 30 minute drive) and see how well they do. The Northville Chang's isn't worth the hassle. read more

Got a babysitter and everything which makes our experience even more disappointing. iykyk :/ First my drink took 20 mins to come. Then my wife's chicken was cold. Not like not hot cold, like cold cold. I sent it back and 20 MINS LATER they came back with very over-fried, tough chicken with little to no apology. Like bounce my fork off her chicken over-fried. My wife had to sit there for 20 mins and wait and still ended up with a poor meal. I work in a hospital and our cafeteria makes better fried chicken and that should tell you something... For the $100 bill I would rather (and will) eat 4 times at Panda and never go back to P.F. Chang's. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the lettuce wraps were good. read more

P.F. Chang's is somewhere I've been coming to with my family since I was young. There have been several management / menu changes over that time, but the vibes of the place have remained the same - the restaurant is way too dark! Every table has its own light but it's still so dim. I like to look around and see what people are ordering and what looks good, but I never can in that lighting!! Either way, their food is so good, and while I may not love eating at the restaurant, it's one of my favorite take out spots. read more

I had high expectations based on the beautiful decor and ambiance but was unfortunately sold a bit short. No major complaints, I just feel everything could've been like 15% better with just a bit more effort. First, we were told the table would be ready in 30min but it took 50min to get seated. At least 25% of the restaurant was empty tables so I have to assume they were short staffed and simply couldn't keep up. Edamame was bomb!! Other apps were ok... the chicken in the lettuce wraps was a bit overcooked and dry. I got the Ma Pa Tofu and honestly it tasted lower quality than the takeout Chinese place down the street from my house. Tofu was drowning in sauce and the broccoli could've been fresher for $16. Our waitress was a total sweetheart and super helpful with everything we needed I guess what this restaurant has going for it is the cool vibes but their staff was for sure overworked and too busy to keep up and the food was just ehh... read more

I have been to P.F. Chang's in a few states and many in Michigan. You always get the same quality of food, above average for Americanized Chinese. That is what I found here. I came for the celebration menu that had been emailed a few times over the week before Easter. The staff seems to not have been told. I just ordered off the regular menu the items I remembered from the celebration menu. It is a 4 course meal. Appetizer was shrimp steamed dumplings. Waited a while and out came... Pork steamed dumplings. When I let my server know she told me that is how their shrimp looks. Soup was wonton soup with shrimp. Waited and waited for it and it was very warm but good. Main entree was Miso salmon with brown rice. More waiting and out it came but not with the take out box I asked for when I ordered my meal. It was good there and the next day warmed up. Shortest wait was for the dessert - their version of apple pie which was more like spring rolls instead of pie. Ate the ice cream there and 2 of the apple rolls. Others warmed up the next day. What should have been a meal under an hour turned into a 2 + hour meal. Place was not full and lots of staff there. A manager finally explained to the wait staff how to ring the celebration menu meals. Wine does come with them but I had my normal diet coke. That was filled much more quickly than the food came out. Back for the first time in 4 years. Group of 8 and had a reservation for 7pm. Seated a little early...bonus. Large round table with huge lazy susan. Nice to be able to talk to everyone without yelling to the end of a long table. Danny was our server. Very prompt and polite. He did a very good job of taking care of us and the customers at his tables. Drinks, apps, and main courses were all good. Asian pear mojito was very tasty. Pork dumpling were good. Wall of chocolate cake was big enough for 6 of us to share. I keep reading about their happy hour so now I am going to have to try that time slot. Might make me go more often. Definitely a go to place in my book... at least to try it. read more

Every time I walk through the online menu, I am reminded of all my favorites here. There are always more dishes I want than I can possibly have in one sitting. During COVID, I've been doing my share of take-out, sometimes just to get out of the house, but oftentimes just to avoid my mediocre cooking skills. I'm pretty basic at home, a protein and some frozen vegetables. I try to avoid carbs at home when I can, so that I may indulge when I'm ordering in. Today, I went with some favorites, spare ribs, pork egg rolls, miso butter lobster dumplings, and something I rarely have, crispy (ie, fried) honey shrimp. The tender and meaty barbecue spare ribs were served with a crunchy Asian slaw and were as appetizing as the first time I had them. The slaw complemented the lovely ribs. The large egg rolls were deep-fried crunchiness and so good. My favorite among the appetizers is the lobster dumplings. I love how the miso butter sauce adds a nice contrast with the delicate and sweet lobster meat. I've had them a few times since there were introduced earlier this year because they are that good. Given the number of starters, I am surprised I was able to have more than a bite of the shrimp entrée. The shrimp were coated in a crunchy batter with a yummy honey sauce. My meal was ready when I pulled into one of the many curbside spots and quickly brought to my car. I love curbside take-out and the ease of ordering online! I just texted the restaurant when I arrived (with my lot position) and was soon be driving off with my order. read more

I ordered take out from this location. I haven't had P.F. Chang in while and I figured I would order some on lunch break. Terrible decision the food wasn't good at all. I got the lunch size sesame chicken with fried rice. The rice was cold and clumpy, and some of it was extremely runny it was weird. It was very salty the chicken didn't not taste real at all. I don't know what type of meat it was but it was not good at all. The customer service was bad, they weren't friendly at all. The ambiance was nice but other than I will not be back. read more

I called ahead and made a reservation for two of us tonight at 6:30 PM, since there is still a 50% capacity mandate in place. Mariah took our phone call and took down a reservation for tonight. I ended up pulling ahead our reservation an hour ahead a bit later, since I was able to leave work by 5. Yay. We ordered the chicken lettuce wrap, kung pao Brussels sprouts, chili garlic green beans and Kung pao chicken with a side of broccoli instead of rice. Our waitress brought us some chili paste and some sriracha sauce to make any and all of our dishes spicier. Not the best at bussing our table, but they are good about bussing the other tables around us. Discarded limes and lettuce wrap plate, we put them out of the way, since they sat there too long, despite getting more food plates out us, continuously. The kung pao Brussel sprouts aren't bad, oily, then again so is the chili garlic green beans and the kung pao chicken too. The male waiter did come to clean off our dirty dishes, our waitress, not so much. She seems to let her coworker do all of the work for her, it seems. Food and service was decent. Contactless pay is so nice. They use upngopay.com, not a huge fan of signing with dirty pens and all, ever. The Glass on the turnstiles at the front entrance needs to be cleaned, it was all greasy. When we went to PF Chang's, it was apparent they were short staffed. The restaurant was only half-full and there was a wait to get a table. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a few drinks before our meal. I had the Kung Pao chicken which was tasty, but nothing out-of-this-world good. The increased quality of the food didn't quite line up with the increased cost compared to a local Chinese food establishment. I'm also not a big fan of their uniforms. They're toeing the line of cultural appropriation. I know a lot of people who love PF Chang's, but it's not my cup of tea. read more

He rushed us we we arrived at 11:30 in the middle of our meal offered us to box up our food. We only got to sit for an hour. Also keep in mind it was lunch and totally dead so we didn't understand the rush to be pushed out. Also homeboy I was a former smoker if you're gonna smoke at least take the top of your uniform off you smelled like an ashtray. Overall, a mixed bag experience. We had made an Open Table reservation and was seated promptly (as expected as it was not busy yet). We were told to not use that app to book a table - to use their app instead. Hhmmm...ok Adam was our server and is the main reason for this score. The food itself was a train wreck. First, our soup arrived and we were disappointed to find it barely warm. Adam quickly took the soup back the kitchen. We also ordered a few Dim Sun and those arrived before the soup came back. I was quite hungry so I grabbed a shrimp dumpling and pork egg roll - both barely warm, let alone hot. Adam showed up with out now hot soup and took the dim sum back to kitchen. Have always been satisfied with the service, Recently the food is a little inconsistant sometimes not cooked as requested and or not served hot We go early before the dinner crowd arrives so this should not occur. Another complaint is there email ads are decpetive and un;ess your read the very fine print at the end of the two page ad its not worth the paper its print on. The manger stated that he has had to explain this to other customers but its a corporate issue. Not sure if I will return. read more

Restaurant was nearly empty so the waitress only had 2 tables. She was one of the worst server's I ever experienced. There were 5 in our party including one toddler. She brought out 2 dinners out with an internal between and then finally anot her server brought out the rest quite awhile later. The food by then was like warm, so it had been sitting in the kitchen for awhile. We didn't complain at the time due to time problems. I gave it a 2 star because I know it wasn't the food/kitchen's fault. It tasted much better as left overs. We also never received the toddler 's ice cream because we ran out of time.
