The item was a mid-1860s cabinet/sink that was appraised for $3000 three years ago. We agreed to sell it for $1500 and no lower giving us $750 (a big loss). She had an offer of $800 and we said no but she said we have NO say and she was selling it anyway. She has more of our items and will not let us take anything back. She is a thief.
