Our security camera footage shows both detectors inside Jose's tool bucket as he left our home. They later claimed the detectors were treated as "trash" and even promised they would be returned, but days later they still haven't. My husband and I decided to cut our losses and consider the missing detectors the remainder of the payment. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, and no accountability. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

We even exchanged a few cordial text messages after executing our contract termination agreement. What I did ask for was transparency, professionalism, and clear communication regarding the scope of work and your observations during the inspection process. Instead of asking clarifying questions like a straight shooter would, you jumped to conclusions about my intentions to "sue" another contractor. I'm a fair and professional person, and I have no issue with a contractor deciding they are no longer interested in a project. That happens. But the professional thing to do is communicate that clearly and directly -- not disappear, ignore calls and messages, and leave a prospective client completely in the dark after promising a proposal the same evening. My review was based entirely on my actual experience: you inspected the site, committed to sending a proposal, and then went completely silent with no follow-up whatsoever.
