I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. My plumber recommended I call ServiceMaster by Zaba to clean up the damage. The process was more complex than I thought, the burst pipe was on the second floor bathroom, there was damage on the second floor but the first floor and basement suffered more damage. Interesting thing about water is that it travelers in the weirdest direction and can cause extensive damage. Needless to say once ServiceMaster came out they did an inspection, spoke with my insurance company and began their work. I have a small child at home, my husband and I both work from home on occasion so this was on overwhelming situation. ServiceMaster did a great job, they were fast, efficient, and professional. There was a lot of damage in my home so I had to be placed in a hotel for a few weeks. They completed their services quickly, they also packed our belongings and took them to the hotel for us. They are going to be starting the reconstruction of our home this week. So far I am impressed and satisfied with their work. ServiceMaster by Zaba is a great company, I would recommend them to friends and family. I worked with a lot of the staff but my point of contact were Joseph and Alecia, everyone was wonderful and very accommodating.
