I placed an order through Teleflora for delivery of flowers for my girlfriend. I am guessing since I the delivery address was close to this location this is where they came from. First the flowers appeared as if they were just thrown in a vase because they were running out of time. Second they sent an email stating the flowers were hand delivered at 4 pm but didn't show up until 5:30pm. Third the order was for 2 balloons and she only received 1. I will not be using this florist again. The delivery fee was outrageous also. read more

The arrangement I ordered and the arrangement that was delivered were not even close to being of same value. Someone from their store explained that they did have to replace some of the flowers in the arrangement with other flowers, but the quantity of the flower was about half of what it should have been. I'd never order from here again. I was VERY disappointed. read more

On Friday I realized I forgot to my daughters flowers for the Daddy:daughter dance. I walked into PS flowers after work and asked if they could help me. They were wonderful! I would love to give no stars, but it won't allow me to. Ordered bouquets, crosages and boutonnieres for my wedding. Met with the florist, sent pictures, as well as break downs of the specific flowers in each. Received my flowers a little over an hour before my wedding and the bouquets had the wrong color flowers and looked nothing like the picture. The boutonnières all had mini roses in them instead of a full size flower. Between the bouquets and boutonnières the flowers had been downgraded is size and quantity. When I brought them in to show the florist, she admitted to the wrong colors and called me later in the day to offer a $50 store credit. I cannot express how disappointing it was to have my wedding flowers completely wrong and hope no one else has to be as disappointed as I was. Do not use this florist for your special events! Terrible, terrible terrible! I purchased flowers for a friend who lives in the Wauconda area on their internet site and what they sent was garbage. I ordered the premium package and they sent wilted roses with purple flowers that were not the lilacs I wanted in the photo. Avoid them. read more
