The beginning stages of discussing my plans were great but after I got quoted, I got ghosted. I emailed, called, and left VMs probably 6-7 times from the end of Jan-mid Feb and have never heard back. The service and communication I received were super disappointing. I would never move forward with a vendor who communicated like this for such an important day as my wedding.
