First time visiting P.Terry's and it did not disappoint! Went through the drive thru and Braiden helped me. He was so friendly! When I told him it was my first time, he was excited for me. I heard about this place because of the CEO burger thing that McDonald's CEO started. I was in an area with one nearby and decided to try them. I had heard good things about it. I got the single patty cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake, as well as their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was okay, nothing to write home about; it was a little dry in my opinion. The milkshake flavor I chose was root beer. It was a good milkshake, but it made me think of a root beer float, and I was missing the fizz from the soda. (I don't know if you would say that's a good thing or not. It definitely left me a little confused, lol.) Still a solid shake in my opinion. The fries reminded me of Five Guys fries but thinner. They were seasoned okay, but they left much to be desired. The real star of the show was the burger. It tasted like a real beef burger, and the toppings were fresh. If you are coming here, you are definitely coming for the burgers, which I can say are pretty good. It also doesn't weigh you down after eating. I would definitely be going to the chain again in the future whenever I can. I would definitely recommend it; I think it's one of the better fast-food burgers out there especially for the price. When this place was being built everyone kept saying they were good and I've seen many of them between here and Austin. But I just don't see how anyone likes it. Thin patties, bland, and somehow slimy. Fries were decent but nothing to praise them over. I always add a little extra toppings at home--salt, pepper, avocado, and more pickles--but even as-is, they're delicious. The fries are great, though they give way too many (not a bad problem to have). And a shake is a must--rich, creamy, and the perfect sweet finish to a savory meal. We visited the Cibilo location on 20 Oct at around 645 p.m. The cashier was nice but slow. Their french fries were very good we waited a long time for food the chicken bites were not juicy, were bland but the burgers were good we waited a long time for dessert. I ordered banana bread and milk shake at 7:34. After asking about my order we finally got it at 7:49. The dining room never recieved any attention from staff. I picked up an order to go last night for me and my wife after spending many hours visiting a relative in the hospital. We were starving and I was the earliest we could get to the store. Picked up two orders with two fries and drove off. Opened up the order to eat seven minutes later and the fries were the worst fries I've ever had in my life. They were obviously left under a heater for an hour or two because they were hard and crunchy and nasty. It ruined our late dinner. Served with fresh ends of a tomato, ends of romaine lettuce,1 pickle and a liter of mayo. Fries- salty, undercooked and cold. My two year old niece can cook better in her "kitchen". Grandma wasn't too fond of her burger. Said it lacked flavor. Service was your typical drive-thru experience. Safe to say, this establishment is not on my list to go back. First time eating at a P Terry's. Overall, it was a good experience. The prices are VERY reasonable. In today's economy it's nice to see a restaurant that isn't going to gouge you for every penny they can. A double cheese burger (with everything), fry, and tax was $7.85 - can't beat that! Decided to try this new location. Ordered a cheeseburger combo and some chicken nuggets. The nuggets lacked flavor as well as the burger. The service was good and very friendly. It wasn't too busy when we first got there but picked up in the few minutes that we were there. Our food took a little bit of time but attributed that to new opening. Though a good amount of seating inside it was very congested due to so many people coming in. There was also some people who arrived in wheelchairs and the manager helped them seated. Liked the outdoor seating area. Due to the food taste and quality, not our thing, but hopefully, it will get better. read more

I love the burgers and the home fries (btw, they are made from fresh potatoes that's why they seem limp re: for another review and if something isn't seasoned just right for you, shake some salt and pepper on your food and have a better day re; for yet another review). The prices are fair, they are surprisingly quick at the drive thru, the employees are always courteous and basically some great get it all over you good food! A word to Whataburger! Always passed by this place and finally decided to try it out. Wasn't impressed and sadly dinner was disappointing. We ordered burgers and chicken burger combos. Beef burgers had no seasoning not even salt. Chicken burgers were tough to chew thru and weren't even warm. The fries were so oily and limp. Majority of the fries were burnt too. Made them all inedible. We also ordered Hawaiian fruit punch for our drinks and they were so watered down. Maybe they don't know how that drink is supposed to be served!
