Went here to see a used Honda Accord. Salesman didn't know much about the history, just referred to the car fax, which he didn't have with him. Car was in pretty bad shape and showed alot of wear. After we test drove it, we met with the finance/manager Igor who wasn't willing to negotiate much on price. At one point he actually said alot of people are looking at the car, which was not true. We went to Fred Beans Honda and got a much better deal for a better condition car. Igor only spoke with me because I dropped into the dealership un-announced after he would not return any of my messages that I left for him. Endless amounts of phone calls to both locations of PA auto sales were unsuccessful. Igor never instructed me to tow the vehicle to PA auto sales. I was never offered any kind of warranty beyond the three month, standard warranty sold with used vehicles, warranties aside this vehicle only lasted five months before the transmission totally failed. I gave you an opportunity to make this right, and Igor with PA auto sales was nowhere to be found. Warranties or no warranty this is just bad business, buyers beware you will not receive any support from PA auto sales nor do they stand behind anything they sell. If you have trouble with your vehicles you would be lucky to even get a callback. Igor simply will reply with a copy and paste generic message to any negative reviews I can assure you there was zero effort on the side of PA Auto Sales to make this right. I have documentation to prove EVERYTHING that I am claiming INCLUDING all attempts of calls/messages left to PA Auto Sales with NO response, I'll see you in court. Disappointed. They sold me a 2019 Hyundai with a dead battery, mismatched tires, and in dire need of an alignment. It has not even been a month since I purchased the vehicle so praying there is no other surprises. The worst part is the lack of decency to respond to my inquiries. Their service team had me wait hours while they completed an alignment and change out the battery. Only to find out that the alignment was never completed. I emailed Igor, phoned him and never got a response. If the vehicle needs something, disclose it. This is an updated version of the review... They had blocked reviews on Facebook and other social media's . The owner had the audacity to say he had sent the reimbursement check and proof of cancellation of their extended warranty that do no cover the car; and that they make sure to not allow the customer to be able to request cancellation. So; they sold a car damaged; part of the parts and labor cost almost 2k; owner signed a papar saying they owed me to fix the vehicle. A receipt was sent almost 2 months ago; and he had the audacity to send a $300 ( three hundred) dollars check as reimbursement. Doesn't cover not even half of what they owe me. The proof of cancellation as he stated was already done; it hasn't been done ( it was confirmed with the warranty company and the bank ) Be aware! They are not reliable. I will spend at least more 3k to fix the car properly and the owner, Mr Igor believe I will give up; because he sent me a symbolic check ?! They do not respect the customers or the human being; because those last 2 months ( since I bought the car; I have made 23 calls to the dealer and numerous emails were sent . Needed(well, wanted) an new car. Went on Cargurus.com, found what I was looking for and submitted a request for new info. Even though it was around 8:15am, within minutes I received a call back from John Y offering to have me come in for a test drive. Fast forward to later in the day..me and my wife went to the service center to test drive the car, loved it, then proceeded to the lot to talk business. So I'll get it out of the way right now..I only gave 4 stars because I hate buying cars and all that goes into it, but as far as car salesman go, John Y was very professional, helpful, and courteous. He was extremely transparent and really made dealing with the restrictions from COViD19 not seem like much a roadblock. I am now the Proud Owner of a beautiful 2017 Pearl Blue Maxima SR Midnight Edition, paid an extremely reasonable price, and was treated with dignity and respect throughout the process. Another small note: once I got home I realized that the radio SD card was missing. I called back John Y the next day and he immediately referred me to the service center who helped me the same day! Worst car dealership around! My wife and I bought a vehicle back in July. At fIrst they tried to sell us the vehicle with bald tires until we stated we wouldn't buy it without new tires, so they agreed to replace the front ones. After purchasing it and driving it around a little I noticed there was a noticeable clunk in the rear. After taking it to the dealership and having them look over everything, we found out it needed Lower control arm bushings Engine mount Power steeering line Transmision fluid needed to be changed New tire they provided alrready needed a patch Brakes and rotors All this costing several thousand dollars. I am extremely dissatisfied with PA Auto Sales and would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them EVER! 1. My car was not cleaned and gassed at purchased, as promised. 2. I wasn't even offered a test drive before we started paperwork. As soon as I got there, they were ready to do paperwork and not once offered me to check out the car. I had to ask to do it. 3. My car FAILED Maryland inspection for 3 bad tires, no pad on emergency break and driver's side high beam not working! Now, the tires and pad was no issue, but after diagnosing the high beam issue, turns out that entire capsule needed to be replaced. Now, since this is something that SHOULD HAVE been found at the time of the PA inspection, I was kind of shocked. How you pass this car without a working high beam? So of course I contacted the dealer right away...and after 3 weeks of calling, talking to every single manager, and requesting to speak with the owner, I was finally told to come back to have everything repaired. (TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!) 4. When I brought my car back to PA for the promised repairs, I sat at their repair shop from 9am - 630pm, and they still DID NOT FIX the High beam!! Are you kidding me!? I drove 5 hours, round trip, and sat in a repair shop 9.5 hours and you DIDN'T FIX the issue! Repair guy claimed that he fixed it but it might not last long! huh? Why not just repair the part like I was told you would do. (INCOMPETENT STAFF) So after all this, I am back in Maryland, where I failed inspection again! Not wasting anymore time with this dealer, I am having to shell out almost $1500 to replace the capsule on my "new" car, so that I can pass inspection. My husband and I purchased a 2017 Range Rover Evoque on Dec 31, 2022 from Pa Auto Sales. Process was quick, salesman and finance guy were personable. We also purchased an extended warranty offered with our payment plan. The car wasn't inspected and PaAuto offered to pay for it if we took it to a mechanic. A few days after purchase, we got the inspection and also an oil change because PaAuto wasn't sure when one had been done. We drive the car for a few months and at EXACTLY 3000 miles, while dropping my daughter off from school, antifreeze began spewing from the car, it immediately started to smoke, so we turned the car off and had it towed to a local, very reputable mechanic, as we live 2 hours away from the dealership. Our mechanic said it was a cracked head, and he found STOP LEAK COMPOUND. He advised us to tow the car to the dealership's mechanic, PA Auto Inspection. Our car has now been there for over 2 MONTHS. I've contacted our warranty company several times, and they have never received a call to fix the car. When we speak to the mechanic, they say it's just a cracked hose, this is FALSE. I've called Pa Auto over 30 times and no one will call back, give me an answer, the manager Igor R. had only talked to me once and will not take a call from me nor return any of my requests for a call back. And I have been calm, and overly polite every time I've called. When I ask who the owner of PaAuto is, I'm told his name is George, and they don't know his last name, but he's also never available. This place is an absolute joke. I now believe they KNOWINGLY sold us a car that was faulty and are just going to keep ignoring us. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! WE ARE STUCK WITH A $28,000 LEMON. Purchased a car from here less than a year ago. I have since traded that car in to a new dealer for $5000 in NEGATIVE equity because it was a piece of junk. Gasket issues (which apparently the warranty that "covers everything" according to the sales manager doesn't cover), gas tank leak, break lights on. All after 11 months. I purchased the warranty for the vehicle and now since I traded the car in, I am eligible for a prorated payout for what's left on the warranty per the warranty company. I've called 10 times and can't get Igor to call me back. It's absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this place, do not buy from them. Buyer beware, after reviewing paper work from the sale, my down payment was never applied and loan was for over 14,000. on a 13,000 vehicle after giving a 3,000 down payment. I only received one set of keys and had to take off multiple days of work just to get the inspection and some minor repairs completed. Also brought an extended warranty which was unable to get them to respond for repairs when check engine light came on and transmission was and is not shifting correctly, due to them relocating and not scheduling any repairs. I received no response from the dealership after leaving messages, and service supposedly set up an appointment. They never confirmed the day or time, nor did they ever give me the new location and when I reached out to them I was told no time available until next week after the warranty expires. BEWARE INSPECTION STICKER SCAM!!!!!! Mid April I purchased a high end luxury car from this dealearship. At the time of purchase I stated I would have vehicle inspected by Mercedes dealership. Upon their inspection they advised me that the vechicle had new brake pads installed on deeply embedded and rusty rotors. My service rep stated this car would not have passed a PA safety inspection. As advertised PA Auto Sales offers a 1 year valid inspection & a fully serviced vehicle. This inspection would not have been valid or inspected properly with damaged rotors. I made Igor aware of my findings and provided proof. I also contacted the auto repair shop that performed inspection(Grant Auto Repair, Phila). Presently, I'm waiting for a return call from owner. PA auto sales decided to send me what they wanted, instead of the cost of the repair I paid. This situation posed a dangerous threat to my driving conditions. The dealership would rather risk repeat business instead of owning the fact that this type of behavior is going on by having vehicles half assed repaired and stickers just being put on cars. They also don't care about the reputation of Grant Auto Repair. I have spoken with the Safety Commission and plan to move forward with complaint against Grant Auto if they do not respond. Please know to keep your parts if this ever occurs to you. My only resolution with DEALERSHIP will be for them to reimburse me the full cost of my repair. If, they don't I will continue my filings with the Attorney General's office and/or Small Claims Court. Hopefully, this review will encourage a meeting of the minds. read more

I took this vehicle to PA auto inspection where they 'fixed' my vehicle for $130. 2 weeks later I had to bring my vehicle back for a engine light and overheating issue. Apparently I didn't get the 'extended warranty' that was NEVER offered to me at signing so I was out of warranty and told that i would have to pay $2000 for repair. I reached out to the general attorney because why would I have to repair an engine with a cylinder leak within 4 months? I ended up biting the bullet and paying $2100 in November 2020. I received my car back a few days before thanksgiving, but had to bring it back 3 times within 3 days after getting it back because the check engine light didn't go away. In the beginning of Dec. I had to get the vehicle serviced again because there was an issue with a starter. Just 1 day before Christmas the car began to overheat and the check engine light came back on... Reverting back to November 2020 when they told me I should have no problems with my vehicle's engine and if i do then it would be on them. I took my car back to PA Auto Inspection for service. Now a week after having my vehicle, PA AUTO INSPECTION is telling me I need a new engine and I would have to replace it. I still owe $22,000+ on the vehicle and now their saying i need to pay them $3500 more to replace the engine. After just one month of them servicing my engine and telling me it'd be good. No chance of talking to Igor A. if you call and leave countless voicemails he never calls back. If you speak to him he'll say he'll do what he can and never fix the issues you have or call you back. Everyone reassured me that PA Auto Inspection would be able to fix my vehicle and i wouldn't have an issue with it including the managers of both PA Auto Inspection and PA Auto Sales and the sales agent who sold me the car. and now here i am a month later with no vehicle AGAIN and being asked for more money in order to service my vehicle. The receipts that they give you from servicing their vehicles have nothing written on them but the price you paid, they have nothing in writing to insure you won't have to bring the vehicle back, just supposed to take their word for it. And their word means absolutely nothing. I am a pregnant woman, who's landlord just sold the property to where she lives, and have to be out within a month.. And now Scamming ass PA Auto Sales/Inspection is trying to get more money out of me... I honestly want my $2100 refunded and I will take the vehicle to Ford Lincoln to be serviced. the people who told me there was no way you could fix this issue from the beginning. but listening and trusting the sales and service team at PA Auto who insured me that since Lincoln Ford is a large dealer they do not do 'the kind of work they do' has me in another jam. From Igor getting you the best possible financing, to George-Sales Manager making sure you are satisfied. We bought a late model Mercedes GL550. I didn't feel like I was being cheated from a good deal, because that's what I received from this transaction (good price, low mileage, great condition). Gene (finance manager) was patient enough to explain every single jargon and was very thorough, as this was my first time financing a car. The whole process was very easy and stress-free. What I really appreciate from this facility was that my significant other and I were treated as serious customers for a young age (something I did not receive from previous dealer). I didn't get very far in the car buying process the other day because they wouldn't even allow me to test drive without filling out all the paper work ??????? Absolutely ridiculous why am I gonna take a hit to my credit score if I end up not even liking the car or something is wrong with it ??????? I told them I was concerned because in the pictures on the websites there was an oil light on (which is very serious in Audi's especially because the last Audi I had the previous owner put regular oil and not synthetic which created sludge in the engine and the car shook really bad and didn't drive right). Also, the interior was all scratched up and missing some pieces and the salesman was just rude and told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the scratches and faded buttons and the missing hook for the visors. So needless to say, I didn't give them any more of my time and definitely not my money. I went to Schwartz Mazda instead got a better, newer Audi, lower miles, better price, and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad that it didn't work out here because I had an amazing experience at Schwartz Mazda! UPDATE: I just saw the owner replied trying to discredit my claims saying they don't have me in their system. Please see above where your salesman would not even hand me the keys let alone test drive it without doing a full credit check and approving me for a loan FIRST. Mind you, entire lot has 2 customers. In that time I've had to replace the tires (went to a Nissan dealership, a Carmax and a PepBoys to confirm that the tires were indeed nearly bald...which i found out after sliding around in the snow going as slow as possible).
