He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.

(Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. I have been coming to this warehouse for countertops for about two years now, and I feel like there…read morehas always been some type of issue. Countertops never match and customer service is awful. I had an owner complain about countertops that I installed that were not the same color and when I went to the store, they refused to even help unless I brought in the physical pieces even after I showed them multiple photos of the discoloration ... after I left and came back with the countertops that were left over, they spent an hour wasting my time looking at the different countertops and ultimately agreeing with me that the colors were not the same... Despite agreeing with me, one of the managers called somebody and spoke with me briefly on the phone and refused to acknowledge swapping the countertop out, the best they could do is 50% off to buy a new piece , which I feel like is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was already out on the labor to install the countertop and the bare minimum I requested to at least swap them out to get the correct color , not only today, but they were also laughing and making jokes in a foreign language... and then walking away, laughing and smirking. What a completely disrespectful and unprofessional establishment. Also the prices are not the best, you will find better elsewhere.... Terrible company, no wonder why they have awful reviews on Yelp .
