Consummate Professionals! The Proslit Tile Team deserves one hundred stars for their unbelievable customer service, ease of access (evenings and weekends included), excellent workmanship, and thorough follow up. From the first call to the last handshake when the project was complete, they handled every issue with priority, respect, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with every minute aspect of the work. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding - they are perfectionists, master craftsmen! The customer care is on another level, treating you with utmost respect and attention - like one would treat a family member; genuine, understanding and professional from start to finish. Proslit is a preferred provider by Costco, and I can see why. I appreciated how respectful of my time the Proslit team is - they arrived On Time - every time! If they were running just a few minutes late, they would text with an arrival update. This is a huge (and rate) quality in a contractor! Proslit truly, far exceeded my expectations in every way. I will be confidently and without any hesitation referring Proslit to anyone who is looking for a kitchen/bathroom remodel. Their five star google reviews are real and earned! The photo below is before full completion - they also reinstalled all power outlets and took care of every last small detail. Huge THANK YOU to Irakli, David, and Levan!

They are licensed (this is very important -- we had a very bad experience hiring a different contractor earlier this year who cheated by saying he has a license but in fact not, and that contractor scammed our money and never came back to complete the kitchen remodel for us --- that's when we had to look for a new contractor and fortunately we found Annie and Robert.) Annie and Robert came and measured our kitchen and provided computer generated sketches for us to approve. Their on-site installation crew are also fantastic. Chris and Alejandro demonstrated experiences and skills throughout the whole installation process. They are also detail oriented. They acted professionally with courtesy. Overall this is an honest business with great professional crew and it's a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended.

Although they were booked for a few weeks, the wait was absolutely worth it. The team was professional, experienced, and truly thoughtful in their craftsmanship. They are dedicated tradespeople who take pride in their work. The floors and counters were carefully covered, plastic sealed off the area to contain dust, and they cleaned up beautifully. I chose an inexpensive tile but thanks to their skill it looks great!

The granite was cracked in the back of the kitchen faucet. I was afraid they would just repair it and move on as so many other companies have done. Instead, to my surprise they were able to find a piece of granite that was an exact match to mine and they were able to replace the cracked portion of the granite. The sink now looks like nothing had ever happened !! For them to find the perfect match was amazing !!! Just sorry it took me so long to write this review Love this company !! Claudie F. Burbank

In return I received an utterly ridiculous, scripted and irrelevant reply from 'Maria' requesting: 1. In home visit to review project details and take 'precise' measurements. Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.
