I had high expectations after seeing the exceptional photos on Randi's website. As a customer who spent the average amount for US wedding flowers, I feel like an after thought. I constantly had to bug Randi to honor previously stated pricing and add line items to my order. I feel like some frustration was brought out on my order. The flower drop off was supposed to happen at 9am. The florist notified me via text 12 minutes before 9am that they were at the venue dropping off our flowers. I asked the florist to wait because we would be there at 9am. The florist responded later that they had already left. My Dad pulled up to the venue right as the florist was leaving and they did not stop. I pulled up a few minutes before 9am. It seemed like the florist dropped off bad flower boquets and knew it. I know flowers open up through out the day and that I ordered smaller boquets, but my wedding flower boquets seemed old with the exception that the floral cross arrangemnet looked great. My order felt like it was thrown together with whatever white roses were around and not carefully thought through and planned. The vibe I get is for Floral Designs by Randi to care you need to be spending big money. I really wish that people valued all of their customers because after all it's everyone's wedding day despite how much money they are spending. Additionally, I will be speaking to my venue as well to share my experience. I do not want other brides to go through this experience.

I…read moreoriginally was going to order on Costco, but after reading several negative reviews about the flowers arriving dying, I just didn't want to chance it and decided to go local. So glad I did! It's always a little challenging trying to do something nice for someone in a different state. I'm in California where we have a ton of options for everything and Marble Falls is a small town with nowhere near the same options. I was pleased to find that I could place an order online through this shop and they had photos, the option for a note to the recipient and I could deliver to a business. I ended up placing an order for the "Teleflora Tender Reflections Bouquet" that included the vase in standard size for $59.99 plus taxes and a $12.95 delivery fee. It arrived on the day I selected at her office and was beautiful! I'm very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this flower shop to any looking for a nice bouquet arrangement!

I saw this new shop in Marble Falls and I thought I would give it a try since I needed to pick up…read moresomething cute for a baby shower and I didn't want to go to Wal-Mart (my only other option). I was greeted by Terri when I walked in (who I found out later is the shop owner). She was very nice and helpful when I told her what I needed. She offered to embroider the blanket I bought with the baby's name. I thought, "this is a nice touch", but since I was on my way to the party I decided not to. When I checked out she put the blanket in a gift bag and even had greeting cards so I didn't have to make a second stop at HEB for those items. This store is incredible!!! It literally has a gift for EVERY occasion! I even treated myself to a really cute bracelet I couldn't live without! I wish I could give Dragonfly Gifts 10 stars!!!

Quite a bit of unique furniture out back, lots of live edge wood type offerings, some are pretty good bargains if you've priced this type of furniture other tourist spots (Gruene/Fredericksburg).
