I had never heard of these! Why? Do I live in a candleless bubble of worthless knowledge? Off to Google I went and Mail & More (M&M) popped up. Was glad to see they are family owned. I drove straight there as I needed to get the fried potato smell out of my house. I found M&M right beside of Gino's. I got out of the truck and started walking to the store. That's when the confusion sat in. I saw lots of vacuum cleaners sitting on the side walk in front of the store. Hmm. Mail, candles and vacuum cleaners? Whaat? I went in and was immediately greeted by a most pleasant lady. The store is junky and crowded (my kinda place). There are vacuum cleaners and parts and gifts strewn all about, but, up against one wall are shelves of Circle E candles. Thanks to Yelp and fellow Yelpers I found what I was after, plus something else. I found a store that has parts, and will do repairs, on my Dyson. How cool is that? I've been needing a new filter and just so happens they had one! These guys repair most vacuum's and sell parts like belts, filters and bags. They are the Authorized Service Center for Silver King and Thermax Home Cleaning Systems. Call them to see if they can satisfy your needs: (512) 238-9800. These guys also have a diverse variety of gifts that are unique to local shops like this. They will even package your gifts and ship them via Fed EX or USPS! This is like one stop shopping! P.S. They do a great job of keeping the lobby clean. There's even a drop off Lane that keeps the traffic for that separate from the people that are trying to park. It may be a little hard for you to find since it is off the main road but it shows up on your Google maps. I like the fact that I can get in and get out, I never want to wait in long lines so when I have an opportunity I come here versus any other place.

Criminals After…read moremailing something to a family member for their birthday, the parcel was seized from within the post office the very next morning; I did not find out until a week later when the parcel wasn't received. Whoever did it issued a fraudulent statement that the original sender requested it be intercepted and rerouted. That would be me (original sender), and I certainly didn't do that. Then, someone claiming to be the manager attempted contacting me which is funny because...the manager actually witnessed and approved my parcel transaction at the register. The manager I saw was a woman and not a man like the person claiming to be the manager. There are thieves in this location and nobody will do anything about it. I have contacted the postal police, the sheriff, Justice Dept. and Liberty Hill PD. My package hasn't been delivered nor have I been given a refund for the loss. I have attempted filing a serious complaint with USPS multiple times only to be stifled through official oppression by involved USPS employees. The same compromised facility is being forwarded my complaints which go nowhere as one might imagine when the criminals are left to police each other. For years, I have been a faithful supporter of the USPS and often hand write letters. That will now change. I will tell everyone of my experience so that it may not happen to them. Shame on you for stealing from someone without resources as well.
